Serenity is a 2022, Bali 4.8 luxury sailing charter catamaran. After sailing from the factory in France she underwent extensive upgrades that were not available from the factory prior to commencing charter in The Virgin Islands.

Serenity is 48' 11" in overall length with a 28.7' Beam (Width). She has a total of 5 cabins each with their own toilet, vanity, and shower plus one additional bedroom for a third crew member if required. One bedroom is occupied by crew allowing for eight adult guests to comfortably charter this vessel. Guest bedroom layout consists of one owners suite with queen and three large queen standard guest rooms.

Serenity has a large upper deck with plenty of space to hang with the captain, a large solid foredeck seating and lounging area that typically stays dry under sail unlike most catamarans, a convertible saloon area with garage door style rear allowing for 180 degree open air dining in good weather, and complete coverage from the elements during bad weather. Location has a fully equipped galley that is an open concept kitchen area most notably offering a full size refrigerator unlike typical charter boats.

Under sail Serenity has an upgraded square top mainsail which increases sail surface area resulting in greater speed in any winds. Additionally she has a secondary head sail (Code Zero) allowing for optimal sail area down wind. When the winds are calm Serenity is equipped with twin diesel engines to help get you to your destination on time. In summary, Serenity was built to outpace the other cruisers.

Meet the Crew

Captain Tina Mraovic

Born and raised in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, Tina studied at the Faculty of Kinesiology. As an elective, she took a class on sailing, and as she says, "Once you try sailing, you get hooked for life!" She has been a captain now for the last six years, sailing the Mediterranean, from Turkey to Greece and Croatia.

During the winter seasons, she went from sailing, to being a ski instructor all over Europe. This year, she is trading in her skis for the tropical waters of the Caribbean! She is passionate about sailing, water sports, diving, running, hiking and just enjoys being physically fit in general. She can’t wait to explore the Caribbean waters and showcase for guests the beauty that the islands hold.

Chef Elena Bellotti

Leaving behind a career in online marketing and a "conventional" life, Elena travelled extensively, followed her passion for cooking, got certified as a chef, and found her real calling in the yachting service industry. Sourcing and purchasing high-quality ingredients, and preparing rich, healthy and delicious gourmet meals with a creative plating is where she finds her pleasure. She loves taking care of guests and making them happy. Elena has a very friendly personality, and adapts fast. Being genuinely happy to work on yachts, you will always see a smile on her face.

Welcome to the serenity charter.

Boat tours and trips in Pattaya and Koh Samui, Thailand. The Serenity is a 71 ft luxury Catamaran which features an incredible 4 ensuite bedrooms, BBQ and refrigeration facilities, fresh water shower and attached dingy with outboard motor. Ample dining areas are provided under the cover of the boats top-deck whilst passengers can enjoy the sun and sea breeze out on the relaxation netting at the front of the vessel.

The yacht has the ability to host up to 60 passengers and crew on both public and privately arranged tours around Pattaya bay and the surrounding islands.

Based out of Jomtien’s Ocean Marina, off the Sukhumvit Road, Serenity Yachting Company has an established track record, renowned for their premium service, attention to detail and first-class safety record.

Although many tours and packages are available with competing companies, Serenity Yachting ensures that your trip will be one to remember whilst your every need is catered for on their luxury yacht. The magnificent design and uniqueness of the Serenity ensures that you are the focal point of attention as you are cruising the Pattaya bay amongst the throngs of overcrowded, run-down, single hulled boats.

Whilst on a tour with Serenity Yachting, a full-day, 7-hour cruise, you are catered with a full Thai buffet style lunch including variouslo cal cuisines. Snacks and beverages are provided throughout the trip with the exception of alcohol. Whilst frolicking in the pristine ocean surroundings of some the best islands on the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand, you are provided with snorkelling equipment to enjoy the vast natural coral reefs that exists around the islands.

For 5 nights or less, divide the weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights. ● SLEEP ABOARD:1/2 the daily rate. Dinner ashore at the client's expense. Captain: Jake

Meet the Crew: Season 2022/23: Captain Jake and Chef Kylie Qualifications: USCG 100 GT, STCW Jake: Your Skipper, Captain Jake, was brought up in North Carolina. Going to school in Charlotte, North Carolina, to study business along with EMS. After his years of studying, he spent his time as a professional Raft Guide and Rock-Climbing Instructor. Jake’s love for the ocean propelled him to drop everything and move back to the coast in 2014. Jake started out as a member of crew maintaining yachts, above and below the water. Jake started working day charters like parasailing, scuba diving, and sunset sailing in Miami. Not too long after this, Jake was approached to become the first mate of a mega yacht, which resulted in him sailing around the Great Lakes, the East Coast of North America, The Bahamas, Exuma, and Puerto Rico before settling in the Caribbean. Jakes loves exploring the warm, Caribbean waters. His best part of the day is taking guests to his favorite snorkel/dive spots and sharing his knowledge and appreciation of the magnificent underwater world, which is unique to the Caribbean. Jake’s main wish is to instil his guests with an overwhelming passion for the ocean and leave with a smile. Kylie: Your Chef / first mate, Kylie, was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. After high school, Kylie moved to Cape Town, attended UCT and achieved her degree in Fine Arts. After studying, Kylie decided to take a “gap” year as a video producer with a leading cruise line company. Kylie realised that her passion was for the service industry and making genuine connections with people. So, she decided to stay a few years longer, visiting over seventy countries across the world. As a result, Kylie experienced different culinary encounters, further developing her love for creating food. Coupled with her enduring love for the ocean, its natural magnificence and mystery, it was only natural that she would pursue her dream of working in the marine industry. Kylie’s love for illustrating and art, led her to realise that cooking and art were the same. After craving a more personalised experience with guests, she went off to join the mega yachts, thereby allowing her to indulge in her passion for food. Chef Kylie draws on all her travels and love for healthy food to create simple, delicious food, with bold, sometimes exotic, flavour combinations. When Kylie is not in the galley, she loves Yoga, Scuba Diving, fishing, and films. Kylie goes above and beyond, as she strives to make each charter an unforgettable experience, both in the ocean and on the palate. Kylie and Jake: Jake and Kylie met on the dock on her very first day of super yachting, and they never looked back! From two separate parts of the world, they found each other in a whirlwind of adventure. They both have a passion for Sailing, after leaving the superyacht industry, they sailed around Puerto Rico and moved to USVI to follow their dream of adventure. **Jake and Kylie are both fully vaccinated** Jake and Kylie cannot wait to meet you, the adventure awaits!

Going to school in Charlotte, North Carolina, to study business along with EMS. After his years of studying, he spent his time as a professional Raft Guide and Rock-Climbing Instructor. Jake’s love for the ocean propelled him to drop everything and move back to the coast in 2014. Jake started out as a member of crew maintaining yachts, above and below the water. Jake started working day charters like parasailing, scuba diving, and sunset sailing in Miami. Not too long after this, Jake was approached to become the first mate of a mega yacht, which resulted in him sailing around the Great Lakes, the East Coast of North America, The Bahamas, Exuma, and Puerto Rico before settling in the Caribbean. Jakes loves exploring the warm, Caribbean waters. His best part of the day is taking guests to his favorite snorkel/dive spots and sharing his knowledge and appreciation of the magnificent underwater world, which is unique to the Caribbean. Jake’s main wish is to instil his guests with an overwhelming passion for the ocean and leave with a smile. Kylie: Your Chef / first mate, Kylie, was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. After high school, Kylie moved to Cape Town, attended UCT and achieved her degree in Fine Arts. After studying, Kylie decided to take a “gap” year as a video producer with a leading cruise line company. Kylie realised that her passion was for the service industry and making genuine connections with people. So, she decided to stay a few years longer, visiting over seventy countries across the world. As a result, Kylie experienced different culinary encounters, further developing her love for creating food. Coupled with her enduring love for the ocean, its natural magnificence and mystery, it was only natural that she would pursue her dream of working in the marine industry. Kylie’s love for illustrating and art, led her to realise that cooking and art were the same. After craving a more personalised experience with guests, she went off to join the mega yachts, thereby allowing her to indulge in her passion for food. Chef Kylie draws on all her travels and love for healthy food to create simple, delicious food, with bold, sometimes exotic, flavour combinations. When Kylie is not in the galley, she loves Yoga, Scuba Diving, fishing, and films. Kylie goes above and beyond, as she strives to make each charter an unforgettable experience, both in the ocean and on the palate. Kylie and Jake: Jake and Kylie met on the dock on her very first day of super yachting, and they never looked back! From two separate parts of the world, they found each other in a whirlwind of adventure. Jake’s love for the ocean propelled him to drop everything and move back to the coast in 2014. Jake started out as a member of crew maintaining yachts, above and below the water. Jake started working day charters like parasailing, scuba diving, and sunset sailing in Miami. Not too long after this, Jake was approached to become the first mate of a mega yacht, which resulted in him sailing around the Great Lakes, the East Coast of North America, The Bahamas, Exuma, and Puerto Rico before settling in the Caribbean. Jakes loves exploring the warm, Caribbean waters. His best part of the day is taking guests to his favorite snorkel/dive spots and sharing his knowledge and appreciation of the magnificent underwater world, which is unique to the Caribbean. Jake’s main wish is to instil his guests with an overwhelming passion for the ocean and leave with a smile. Kylie: Your Chef / first mate, Kylie, was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. After high school, Kylie moved to Cape Town, attended UCT and achieved her degree in Fine Arts. After studying, Kylie decided to take a “gap” year as a video producer with a leading cruise line company. Kylie realised that her passion was for the service industry and making genuine connections with people. So, she decided to stay a few years longer, visiting over seventy countries across the world. As a result, Kylie experienced different culinary encounters, further developing her love for creating food. Coupled with her enduring love for the ocean, its natural magnificence and mystery, it was only natural that she would pursue her dream of working in the marine industry. Kylie’s love for illustrating and art, led her to realise that cooking and art were the same. After craving a more personalised experience with guests, she went off to join the mega yachts, thereby allowing her to indulge in her passion for food. Norman Island and The Indians

Norman Island, often credited as the inspiration behind Robert Louis Stevenson's "Treasure Island," beckons with a plethora of thrilling adventures awaiting exploration.

A highlight of Norman Island is undoubtedly The Caves, steeped in legends of hidden treasures yet cherished for their breathtaking snorkeling experiences. Dive into a world adorned with thousands of vibrant orange cup coral and crimson sponges adorning the cave walls, offering a truly mesmerizing underwater spectacle.

A short distance northwest of Norman Island lies The Indians, a cluster of small islets rising from the azure waters, providing an exceptional snorkeling adventure. Renowned for its profusion of marine life and vibrant coral, some enthusiasts proclaim it as among the finest snorkeling spots in the BVI.

Anchored in The Bight at Norman Island, The William Thornton, fondly referred to as the Willy T, stands as a beloved floating bar, beckoning visitors with its unique charm and vibrant atmosphere.

Peter Island, Cooper Island, and Salt Island

Peter Island is an 1,800 acre private island offering hiking and biking trails as well as a nice spot to anchor for snacks or a meal.

Cooper Island is a popular stop for yachts and is adjacent to "wreck alley," a spot in the BVI where a number of vessels have been intentionally sunk to create dive sites.

If the spirit moves you, these islands are a great spot to break out the tube and catch some air behind Serenity's tender.

The RMS Rhone was a UK Royal Mail Ship that was wrecked off the coast of Salt Island in 1867 in a hurricane. She is now a very popular Caribbean wreck snorkeling and dive site.

Any of these stops is an opportunity to take advantage of your yacht's many water toys. Do some paddling with a friend in the two person kayak, paddle board to a secluded cove, or just relax and soak up the sun on the floating dock.

The Baths at Virgin Gorda is a natural wonder, featuring boulders and caverns that make up a maze that leads to secret rock pools and the famous Cathedral Room, a natural pool inside a small cave.

A series of steps and rope handrails guide explorers along a trail through the boulders from the beach at The Baths to the sandy expanse at Devil’s Bay. Along the way, you can explore in, under, and around the boulders and hidden pools.

Encompassing the beaches and rocky shoreline at the southwestern tip of Virgin Gorda, The Baths is a collection of massive granite boulders as large as 40 foot in diameter, with white sand beaches and secret rock pools.

At the end, reward yourself with a relaxing time on the beautiful beach at Devil's Bay. This popular daytime anchorage is ideal for swimming and snorkeling.

Saba Rock and the Bitter End Yacht Club

Saba Rock is a small island of the BVI at the north end of Virgin Gorda . There is a small hotel, restaurant, bar, and gift shop. A dock is available for day visitors and a large mooring field accommodates yachts staying overnight.

Bitter End Yacht Club, Virgin Gorda, BVI

Bitter End Yacht Club is a family-owned island outpost known for its historic charm and is accessible only by sea, attracting travelers and yachting enthusiasts from around the world for over 50 years.

This area is very popular with e-foiling enthusiasts. There is a company here that rents e-foils and also provides instruction.

Anegada is the only coral island among the archipelago of volcanic islands that make up the BVI. As such, it is very flat and offers opportunities to explore by scooter, car, or Jeep.

Anegada is known for secluded beaches like Loblolly Bay and Cow Wreck Beach. Also popular are waterside restaurants featuring Anegada lobster.

The island is home to flamingos, rock iguanas and rare plant species like sea lavender. Offshore, Horseshoe Reef is teaming with marine life and interspersed with shipwrecks.

With wind predominantly out of the east, the sail to and from Anegada is very pleasurable, making the journey to get there part of the enjoyment.

Sandy Spit and Scrub Island

Sandy Spit is an uninhabited islet in the BVI . Less than half an acre in size, it consists entirely of a ring of sandy beach surrounding light foliage. It has the appearance of a classic " desert island ."

Scrub Island is surrounded by three beaches and features protected coves, nature trails, and scenery. The island is virtually vehicle-free with resort shuttles serving as the primary form of transportation.

Jost Van Dyke

Jost Van Dyke, with its beautiful beaches and harbors, is a very popular stop for yachts.

The island is known for its yacht anchorages, like the sheltered bay at Great Harbour.

Casual bars and restaurants dot the sandy beaches in Great Harbour and nearby White Bay.

Hi, I am your Captain, Tim :) I was raised in a farming town within the Mpumalanga province of South Africa. Always looking for an adventure I enjoyed exploring high mountain ranges and being a part of my parents environmental beekeeping company. However after matriculating I looked for a new adventure which led me to travel down to the West Coast and I found my attraction to the ocean. While doing my courses I indulged myself in all aspects of the water world, from jet-ski charters to absolutely loving water sports, and my personal favorite, chasing rogue seals off of old abandoned yachts that I revamped. Since then I have worked aboard a whole plethora of catamarans and chartered in beautiful waters such as Greece, Croatia and even went through the Corinth Canal but BVI takes the cake as I love all the beautiful snorkeling spots & countless opportunities to explore. After my deckhand role I noticed that my love for adventure has linked with charter hosting as I am able to share all the hidden gems, stories and history of the BVI (and many other islands) with our guests in the capacity of a Captain or as Nikki likes to say, CapTim. Hi, I am your Chef, Nikki :) I was born into a Portuguese/South African household and grew up in the farming lands of South Africa. I spent my younger years going to my grandparents farm to help them take care of their animals and would often find myself close to a musical instrument. After high school I decided to pursue a diploma in veterinary sciences all while taking up an opportunity in a beauty clinic. After achieving my diploma and meeting Timothy I traveled to the coast to start my yachting courses in hopes to work alongside him. Not long after we were recruited to work upon a catamaran as sole stewardess and deckhand alongside a Captain and Chef couple. We provided luxury charters in beautiful waters such as Antigua, Croatia, Greece , BVI and MANY MORE. As we were chartering I soon found my love for cooking food and saw the happiness that it brings to guests. I decided to pursue a culinary path of my own. I hope to wow my guests with decorative platings mixed with hearty food and smiles. We look forward to welcoming you aboard, create lasting memories and showcase our abilities to host, cook and entertainment upon your charter yacht, Serenity!

My family of 4 adults just had an amazing week with Captain Brooke and Chef Kylie on Serenity. Due to winter weather, we had delays with two of our arrivals and Brooke and Kylie had it all worked out to accommodate late arrivals and alternate pickup locations. Adjustment were made in our itinerary to get us to our requested destinations as well as the locations that Captain Brooke knew would be good sailing for the weather that we had. The food was amazing at every meal and we had more than we could have possibly eaten. Cold drinks to satisfy a wide range of tastes were available and Kylie went out of her way to fulfill a few non-traditional tastes! Game nights with the crew, dinner together at Saba Rock, trips ashore…Brooke and Kaylie became our extended family for the week and we had so much fun. Serenity is a beautiful yacht with comfortable seating and sleeping. She is kept in top shape and is very comfortable to sail aboard. This was our first charter vacation, and our entire family felt like it was the best vacation that we had ever been on. I can’t give enough credit to Brooke and Kylie for a tremendous week in the BVI! Leave your options open on your preference sheet and you will not be disappointed with the trip that this crew puts together for you. Happy sailing!

Can´t go wrong with Brooke and Kylie

Wow, what a blast we had on the Catamaran charter with Captain Brooke and Chef Kylie! The Serenity was a beautiful vessel and Brooke handled it as true professional. When we had some tough weather or A/C technical issues, we never lost confidence and comfort with Brooke at the helm. Kylie created some truly beautiful and delicious meals. And the desserts were just phenomenal. It was unbelievable what she could do in that small galley kitchen. Brooke and Kylie were so attentive and helpful; organizing activities and flexing our schedule as needed based on weather; arranging water and land taxis when needed; showing us the coolest spots on the islands. They joined us for a quite rainy dinner at Saba Rock and entertained us onboard with custom cocktails and games. It was really hard to say goodbye to these two new family members.

Smooth sailing on stormy seas!

Pool’s open…. At the back of Serenity with Brooke and Kylie! What a treat to sail on with these amazing hard working young women! Captain Brooke is a steady, dedicated and capable breath of fresh air. Chef Kylie can whip up five star meals you can barely get in any restaurant. We asked for desserts… desserts we got and they were as innovative as they were beautiful and delicious! The yacht was gorgeous and pristine. Brooke runs a tight ship when it comes to maintaining our personal floating hotel. She is quick and efficient and manages everything as if with magic. Our sail week was unfortunately during some of the weirdest weather and Captain Brooke navigated us through it with aplomb! She was quick on her feet to find alternate sails and activities to keep us happy and busy! These young women handled several different personalities and needs with such grace and agility. So relaxing to be in the care of these two inspired and dedicated women. It was sad to say goodbye to my two new daughters! May we sail again soon!

The only way to tour the Virgin Islands!

This has by far been my favorite vacation ever! I don´t think I want to vacation any other way again! The Crew, Jake and Eddie were awesome!! The views are absolutely breath taking, the history we learned.. these guys really know some interesting facts! Did I mention the snorkeling??? It was out of this world!! Foxy´s is a must if you go to the BVI´s as well as The Baths. We had so much fun!! The next to last day the guys put together Serenity Olympics for us!! They really worked well with our group to make sure we had a great time!!

Awesome Virgin Island Trip

Best trip ever!!! Boat was awesome. All of the stops in the BVI and US VI were great. However, the highlight of the trip was Captain Jake and Chef Kylie! They were perfect. Felt like they were part of our family.

Perfection!

Kylie and Jake are the absolute best! Kylie’s food was above 5 star status. Everything tasted wonderful. Jake was the ultimate captain. From knowing what stop to get to at a specific time and keeping us comfortable while in open waters, everything was perfect. They both also make great bartenders. Would recommend this trip to anyone and everyone. Best vacation ever because of Kylie and Jake!

This was the best trip ever because of Jake and Kylie!!! They are the best captain and chef. They are so thoughtful, selfless, joyful, and kind. They truly felt like our sister and brother. We can’t wait to do this trip again with them. They make the best food and drinks. They are so fun and showed us the best parts of the islands. I’m so thankful for them. The boat is also amazing. I wish I could live on Serenity!! This trip was so perfect and I never wanted to leave.

Above and beyond any of our expectations

From the welcoming glasses of sparkling wine when we stepped aboard for the first time to the amazing water activities to the delicious food that was 5 star quality in variety, taste and presentation, to the expert guidance around the waters of the BVI and the USVI, we were continuously wowed by the crew of the Serenity. Kylie and Jake are husband and wife and the crew of the Serenity and they went above and beyond to make our week aboard the brand new sailing cat one of our most luxurious vacations ever. The boat is extremely comfortable and well maintained to the best standards. Jake is a very professional captain but as a conductor of all our water activities, he made sure the kids (2 12 year old boys and a 10 year old girl) had an amazing time. The grown ups sometimes joined in - once we were able to put down that cocktail that was always delicious and dangerously easy to appear. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were always a treat - each meal a truly top notch dining experience. It was hard to believe that they were prepared in that galley that´s smaller than most kitchens. The cabins were small as was expected but they very comfortable with queen sized beds - I had my best sleep in years during that week. Each of the 3 cabins had an attached bathroom and I cannot stress how important that was to our comfort levels. The boys decided to sleep in the bunk beds - those were tight but they didn´t mind it at all. They used a 4th bathroom that was just outside the bunk bed space. Kylie and Jake were able to effortlessly guide us through our time on board - from suggesting destinations to sail to, to suggesting an itinerary, to making sure that everything that was needed to sail a boat with 9 people on board was taken care of without us noticing or worrying about a thing. The Serenity is a lovely boat and Kylie and Jake are a wonderful people and a hardworking and extremely friendly crew. We are 2 families who have sailed bareboat (without a crew) together before so we can appreciate the work that goes into making it seem effortless and worry free. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. I hope I get an opportunity to sail with them again.

Amazing Experience

I wish I were a more eloquent writer, as I know this will not properly communicate the amazing week we had onboard Serenity with Jake and Kylie. Serenity is a beautiful boat—clean, new, lovely cabins. The BVI is an amazing place with so much to see. That being said, what made this trip an incredible, unforgettable experience was being with Captain Jake and Kylie. Jake is an accomplished captain, who made us feel immediately comfortable. He answered (a ridiculous amount of) questions, shared his knowledge of sailing and took us on so many unique adventures. We snorkeled, swam, saw beautiful beaches, hit up such fun beach bars. Every day was something new. We had two teenage boys that Jake did everything to help make the trip more exciting for. Our oldest wanted to fish—-so lines were out at every opportunity (even when he was sleeping). He coordinated efoil lessons on Saba Rock—which was totally his idea after meeting our kids (must do if interested in something out of the ordinary). We had a guided tour (with both Jake and Kylie) through the Baths (OMG beautiful!) and saw the most breathtaking views in St John. The kids (and husband) rode tubes behind dingy, Jake and Kylie showed the kids how to get the sails up to sail—-we just did it all. At NO point, did Jake seem to tire of requests—-he was there to make sure every moment was safe, exciting and enjoyable. Kylie welcomed us from the first moment with her warm smile, amazing food and cocktails/mocktails. We had more food than we could ever eat—-and each presentation was beautiful. After being on a beach or a snorkel, we would board the boat with a beautiful snack/drink combination. (The boys quietly told me they felt like celebrities every time this happened). Kylie had her hands full with our family—a food allergy and picky teenagers forced her to vary her dishes at every given meal, and she did with ease. Her homemade desserts were absolutely incredible—we are all still discussing her caramel dessert that we can’t remember the name of—but hails from her native South Africa. She did all the little things that go unnoticed, but make you feel so well take care of. Filling drinks while playing cards with family, putting things away—making sure we had sunscreen and bug spray. All those mom things that I ordinarily do—she had already done. On top of these two being an amazing, TOP notch crew, they are two of the most lovely people we have ever had the pleasure to meet. Sharing a boat is a special, intimate experience and when we left, we all felt as if we were leaving family members behind. As a group, we laughed, played games at night, and enjoyed every bit of their company. We LOVED Serenity, we LOVED exploring the BVI, but our trip was MADE by this wonderful couple. We are already planning how we can sail with them again…and raving about them to anyone who asks. They are more than the ultimate professionals—they are two of the most special people we have had the privilege to spend time with. Anyone who is lucky enough to sail with them will be more than impressed.

5/5 Amazing Trip

The trip was absolutely amazing. It had all the amenities of a 5 star hotel but with the flexibility to go, do and see anything you wanted. The food and drinks were fantastic and plentiful and the captain and chef amazing. We cannot express how pleased we were by the entire experience from the initial booking with boats at Sea to the farewell goodbyes to Kylie and Jake! The yacht was beautiful and in great shape. It was her first paid charter, so the expectation was high and she exceeded our expectations in space and amenities and just how comfortable it was for a full week. We never felt crowded or ran out of things to do. We made everyone leave the electronics off for the week and with 12-, 16-, and 20-year-old sons, there wasn´t a whisper of complaining. Of course our Captain, or should I say DJ Jake was jamming great tunes the whole time for our entertainment and honored every request! Captain Jake took our 3 sons tubing from the tender and I asked him to beat them up a little as they were professional tubers having tubed many summers in Northern Michigan. I was pleased to see strawberries on all of their elbows the next day from the tube and they agreed it was one of their best tube rides ever. We used the fishing poles daily and hooked into several Tarpon and a Barracuda out trolling. There was also a water wing, paddle boards and inflatable Kayak that all got used as well. The snorkel gear was heavily used! The food was incredible. Chef Kylie is a rockstar! I am a retired restaurant manager/chef and was very impressed with the variety, quality, and freshness of the cuisine. From the yogurt parfaits to start our mornings before the main breakfast course to the filet and shrimp dinner and all the snacks in between, we couldn´t have asked for more! Everyone had their favorite meal prepared throughout the week and the cocktails to go along with the meals really hit the spot. Even our 12 and 16 year old boys had mocktails to match our cocktails and felt very included. Even at home they are asking for the ´Jake Killer´ our captain´s version of the famous ´Pain Killer´ We let Jake to the planning and had no hard-set itinerary. It was extremely relaxing that way and all the pressure was on our captain to make sure he took us to the spots that he thought we would like best. After-all he is the expert, not us! Captain Jake was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the trip. He shared facts about the islands and personal experiences about each and every place we saw and stopped at. He was as excited as we were when we came across underwater delights. He made sure we saw Lobster, turtles, rays and even an Eagle Ray, sharks, and every fish that was on the fish chart. He was sure to guide everyone to snorkeling that matched their skill set and made sure nobody felt uncomfortable. He was with us every step of the way, or in this case every stroke. He guided us to on-shore excursions as well and educated us so well that we felt like we had been there before. We cannot say enough about both Captain Jake and Chef Kylie....The Best!!

Dream Vacation Come True

´Truly the trip of my dreams! Our family of five (mom, dad and three boys ages 12, 16, 19) had such an amazing week on this luxurious and comfortable catamaran. Our hosts, Jake and Kylie were the perfect pairing for us and we thoroughly enjoyed their company! Not knowing a lot about the USVI, and only that we knew we´d like to focus on St. John to snorkel, explore and relax, we asked Jake and Kylie to take us to the places they liked most. Jake sailed us to some of the most beautiful bays, swam with us to great snorkel locations, took the kids tubing behind the dingy, and took us out for a day sail. Every day was filled with perfect amount of activity and relaxing. Can´t list them all but a few favorites were snorkeling at Waterlemon Cay, a stop at Lime Out Taco Bar, Maho Beach and Salt Pond Bay when Kylie packed a wonderful beach bag for us with all the things we´d need for a few hours on the beach. They really are the most gracious hosts, eager to do everything to make your stay relaxing and feel completely taken care of. Kylie prepared wonderfully delicious and artful meals that I´m inspired to re-create. Snacks and fresh fruit were always on hand (necessary with 3 boys), and cocktails and mocktails were a very fun part of every day! The boys regularly requested the Jake Killer! Try it! Jake and Kylie are a great pair, they do it all from ensuring clean comfortable quarters to delicious and filling food and beverage, music requests, tours to any place you want to go, stories and history of the area, great directions for excursions, and just all around fun conversations. They made us feel like Serenity was our home for the week and we felt like family in a very short time! I can´t say enough about this amazing vacation! We miss Jake and Kylie and would be thrilled to sail with them again to other places in the USVI, BVI or even beyond. You will love your stay on Serenity with Jake and Kylie-beautiful souls!´

An amazing wonderful vacation

´Sailing though the BVI on Serenity was fabulous. The boat is new, was quite comfortable and had more pillows than we knew what to do with. Jake is a knowledgeable Captain who made the trip fun for all especially the kids. Ask him to make you his specialty drink - the Jake Killer - you won’t be disappointed. Kiley, the chef and all around awesome person has cooking skills that far exceeded our expectations. The food was abundant and absolutely delicious - every single meal! Her cocktails and mocktails rocked too! Jake and Kiley were a great team, very accommodating and they really took great care of us! We explored many different islands, snorkeled, hiked, fished, did some water sports, relaxed on the beach and much more. The sunsets were breathtaking. I would take this trip, with Jake and Kiley, again in a heartbeat.´

This new model of Catamaran has an abundance of interior and exterior space with multiple sunbathing decks and an open plan layout. Serenity is ideal for relaxing with privacy and socialising on board.

Offered by DMA Yachting, the astonishing charter yacht Serenity is a 48 ft sailing catamaran. Serenity spends the summer and winter season in British Virgin Islands. She was delivered by the ship builder Dufour in 2022. The expansive yacht layout features 4 large cabins and comfortably accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.

Serenity is classified primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the heart of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck features a variety of seating areas and that's where most of the delicious meals are served. The fascinating cabins are located in the 2 massive hulls. Always looking for an adventure I enjoyed exploring high mountain ranges and being a part of my parents environmental beekeeping company. However after matriculating I looked for a new adventure which led me to travel down to the West Coast and I found my attraction to the ocean. While doing my courses I indulged myself in all aspects of the water world, from jet-ski charters to absolutely loving water sports, and my personal favorite, chasing rogue seals off of old abandoned yachts that I revamped. Since then I have worked aboard a whole plethora of catamarans and chartered in beautiful waters such as Greece, Croatia and even went through the Corinth Canal but BVI takes the cake as I love all the beautiful snorkeling spots & countless opportunities to explore. After my deckhand role I noticed that my love for adventure has linked with charter hosting as I am able to share all the hidden gems, stories and history of the BVI (and many other islands) with our guests in the capacity of a Captain or as Nikki likes to say, CapTim. Hi, I am your Chef, Nikki :) I was born into a Portuguese/South African household and grew up in the farming lands of South Africa. I spent my younger years going to my grandparents farm to help them take care of their animals and would often find myself close to a musical instrument. After high school I decided to pursue a diploma in veterinary sciences all while taking up an opportunity in a beauty clinic. After achieving my diploma and meeting Timothy I traveled to the coast to start my yachting courses in hopes to work alongside him. Not long after we were recruited to work upon a catamaran as sole stewardess and deckhand alongside a Captain and Chef couple. We provided luxury charters in beautiful waters such as Antigua, Croatia, Greece , BVI and MANY MORE. As we were chartering I soon found my love for cooking food and saw the happiness that it brings to guests. I decided to pursue a culinary path of my own. Always looking for an adventure I enjoyed exploring high mountain ranges and being a part of my parents environmental beekeeping company. However after matriculating I looked for a new adventure which led me to travel down to the West Coast and I found my attraction to the ocean. While doing my courses I indulged myself in all aspects of the water world, from jet-ski charters to absolutely loving water sports, and my personal favorite, chasing rogue seals off of old abandoned yachts that I revamped. Since then I have worked aboard a whole plethora of catamarans and chartered in beautiful waters such as Greece, Croatia and even went through the Corinth Canal but BVI takes the cake as I love all the beautiful snorkeling spots & countless opportunities to explore. After my deckhand role I noticed that my love for adventure has linked with charter hosting as I am able to share all the hidden gems, stories and history of the BVI (and many other islands) with our guests in the capacity of a Captain or as Nikki likes to say, CapTim. Hi, I am your Chef, Nikki :) I was born into a Portuguese/South African household and grew up in the farming lands of South Africa. I spent my younger years going to my grandparents farm to help them take care of their animals and would often find myself close to a musical instrument. After high school I decided to pursue a diploma in veterinary sciences all while taking up an opportunity in a beauty clinic. After achieving my diploma and meeting Timothy I traveled to the coast to start my yachting courses in hopes to work alongside him. Not long after we were recruited to work upon a catamaran as sole stewardess and deckhand alongside a Captain and Chef couple. We provided luxury charters in beautiful waters such as Antigua, Croatia, Greece , BVI and MANY MORE. As we were chartering I soon found my love for cooking food and saw the happiness that it brings to guests. I decided to pursue a culinary path of my own. Due to winter weather, we had delays with two of our arrivals and Brooke and Kylie had it all worked out to accommodate late arrivals and alternate pickup locations. Adjustment were made in our itinerary to get us to our requested destinations as well as the locations that Captain Brooke knew would be good sailing for the weather that we had. The food was amazing at every meal and we had more than we could have possibly eaten. Cold drinks to satisfy a wide range of tastes were available and Kylie went out of her way to fulfill a few non-traditional tastes! Game nights with the crew, dinner together at Saba Rock, trips ashore…Brooke and Kaylie became our extended family for the week and we had so much fun. Serenity is a beautiful yacht with comfortable seating and sleeping. She is kept in top shape and is very comfortable to sail aboard. Jake is a very professional captain but as a conductor of all our water activities, he made sure the kids (2 12 year old boys and a 10 year old girl) had an amazing time. The grown ups sometimes joined in - once we were able to put down that cocktail that was always delicious and dangerously easy to appear. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were always a treat - each meal a truly top notch dining experience. It was hard to believe that they were prepared in that galley that's smaller than most kitchens. The cabins were small as was expected but they very comfortable with queen sized beds - I had my best sleep in years during that week. Each of the 3 cabins had an attached bathroom and I cannot stress how important that was to our comfort levels. The boys decided to sleep in the bunk beds - those were tight but they didn't mind it at all. They used a 4th bathroom that was just outside the bunk bed space. Kylie and Jake were able to effortlessly guide us through our time on board - from suggesting destinations to sail to, to suggesting an itinerary, to making sure that everything that was needed to sail a boat with 9 people on board was taken care of without us noticing or worrying about a thing. The Serenity is a lovely boat and Kylie and Jake are a wonderful people and a hardworking and extremely friendly crew. We are 2 families who have sailed bareboat (without a crew) together before so we can appreciate the work that goes into making it seem effortless and worry free. Serenity is a beautiful boat—clean, new, lovely cabins. The BVI is an amazing place with so much to see. That being said, what made this trip an incredible, unforgettable experience was being with Captain Jake and Kylie. Jake is an accomplished captain, who made us feel immediately comfortable. He answered (a ridiculous amount of) questions, shared his knowledge of sailing and took us on so many unique adventures. We snorkeled, swam, saw beautiful beaches, hit up such fun beach bars. Every day was something new. We had two teenage boys that Jake did everything to help make the trip more exciting for. Our oldest wanted to fish—-so lines were out at every opportunity (even when he was sleeping). He coordinated efoil lessons on Saba Rock—which was totally his idea after meeting our kids (must do if interested in something out of the ordinary). We had a guided tour (with both Jake and Kylie) through the Baths (OMG beautiful!) and saw the most breathtaking views in St John. The kids (and husband) rode tubes behind dingy, Jake and Kylie showed the kids how to get the sails up to sail—-we just did it all. At NO point, did Jake seem to tire of requests—-he was there to make sure every moment was safe, exciting and enjoyable. Kylie welcomed us from the first moment with her warm smile, amazing food and cocktails/mocktails. We had more food than we could ever eat—-and each presentation was beautiful. After being on a beach or a snorkel, we would board the boat with a beautiful snack/drink combination. (The boys quietly told me they felt like celebrities every time this happened). Kylie had her hands full with our family—a food allergy and picky teenagers forced her to vary her dishes at every given meal, and she did with ease. Her homemade desserts were absolutely incredible—we are all still discussing her caramel dessert that we can’t remember the name of—but hails from her native South Africa. She did all the little things that go unnoticed, but make you feel so well take care of. Filling drinks while playing cards with family, putting things away—making sure we had sunscreen and bug spray. All those mom things that I ordinarily do—she had already done. On top of these two being an amazing, TOP notch crew, they are two of the most lovely people we have ever had the pleasure to meet. Sharing a boat is a special, intimate experience and when we left, we all felt as if we were leaving family members behind. As a group, we laughed, played games at night, and enjoyed every bit of their company. We LOVED Serenity, we LOVED exploring the BVI, but our trip was MADE by this wonderful couple. We are already planning how we can sail with them again…and raving about them to anyone who asks. They are more than the ultimate professionals—they are two of the most special people we have had the privilege to spend time with. It had all the amenities of a 5 star hotel but with the flexibility to go, do and see anything you wanted. The food and drinks were fantastic and plentiful and the captain and chef amazing. We cannot express how pleased we were by the entire experience from the initial booking with boats at Sea to the farewell goodbyes to Kylie and Jake! The yacht was beautiful and in great shape. It was her first paid charter, so the expectation was high and she exceeded our expectations in space and amenities and just how comfortable it was for a full week. We never felt crowded or ran out of things to do. We made everyone leave the electronics off for the week and with 12-, 16-, and 20-year-old sons, there wasn't a whisper of complaining. Of course our Captain, or should I say DJ Jake was jamming great tunes the whole time for our entertainment and honored every request! Captain Jake took our 3 sons tubing from the tender and I asked him to beat them up a little as they were professional tubers having tubed many summers in Northern Michigan. I was pleased to see strawberries on all of their elbows the next day from the tube and they agreed it was one of their best tube rides ever. We used the fishing poles daily and hooked into several Tarpon and a Barracuda out trolling. There was also a water wing, paddle boards and inflatable Kayak that all got used as well. The snorkel gear was heavily used! The food was incredible. Chef Kylie is a rockstar! I am a retired restaurant manager/chef and was very impressed with the variety, quality, and freshness of the cuisine. From the yogurt parfaits to start our mornings before the main breakfast course to the filet and shrimp dinner and all the snacks in between, we couldn't have asked for more! Everyone had their favorite meal prepared throughout the week and the cocktails to go along with the meals really hit the spot. Even our 12 and 16 year old boys had mocktails to match our cocktails and felt very included. Even at home they are asking for the "Jake Killer" our captain's version of the famous "Pain Killer" We let Jake to the planning and had no hard-set itinerary. It was extremely relaxing that way and all the pressure was on our captain to make sure he took us to the spots that he thought we would like best. After-all he is the expert, not us! Captain Jake was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the trip. He shared facts about the islands and personal experiences about each and every place we saw and stopped at. He was as excited as we were when we came across underwater delights. He made sure we saw Lobster, turtles, rays and even an Eagle Ray, sharks, and every fish that was on the fish chart. They really are the most gracious hosts, eager to do everything to make your stay relaxing and feel completely taken care of. Going to school in Charlotte, North Carolina, to study business along with EMS. After his years of studying, he spent his time as a professional Raft Guide and Rock-Climbing Instructor. Jake’s love for the ocean propelled him to drop everything and move back to the coast in 2014. Jake started out as a member of crew maintaining yachts, above and below the water. Jake started working day charters like parasailing, scuba diving, and sunset sailing in Miami. Not too long after this, Jake was approached to become the first mate of a mega yacht, which resulted in him sailing around the Great Lakes, the East Coast of North America, The Bahamas, Exuma, and Puerto Rico before settling in the Caribbean. Jakes loves exploring the warm, Caribbean waters. His best part of the day is taking guests to his favorite snorkel/dive spots and sharing his knowledge and appreciation of the magnificent underwater world, which is unique to the Caribbean. Jake’s main wish is to instil his guests with an overwhelming passion for the ocean and leave with a smile. Kylie: Your Chef / first mate, Kylie, was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. After high school, Kylie moved to Cape Town, attended UCT and achieved her degree in Fine Arts. After studying, Kylie decided to take a “gap” year as a video producer with a leading cruise line company. Kylie realised that her passion was for the service industry and making genuine connections with people. So, she decided to stay a few years longer, visiting over seventy countries across the world. As a result, Kylie experienced different culinary encounters, further developing her love for creating food. Coupled with her enduring love for the ocean, its natural magnificence and mystery, it was only natural that she would pursue her dream of working in the marine industry. Kylie’s love for illustrating and art, led her to realise that cooking and art were the same. After craving a more personalised experience with guests, she went off to join the mega yachts, thereby allowing her to indulge in her passion for food. Chef Kylie draws on all her travels and love for healthy food to create simple, delicious food, with bold, sometimes exotic, flavour combinations. CAT Serenity Now, previously named Tell Star, is a 62ft Lagoon, with a very spacious, open layout with wonderfully expansive decks for enjoying the gorgeous turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Large windows allow plenty of natural light in the interior as well as amazing views. This luxury catamaran accommodates 6 guests in 3 queens. The crew can swap 1 twin cabin for a queen if required. Each cabin has an individual shower, head, A/C control, and TV. The master suite is oversized with extra storage, twin sinks, and private entry.

The aft deck offers a spacious lounge area and outdoor dining with magnificent views. From the aft deck there is easy access to the water via the wide steps on each pontoon. The foredeck with its two large trampolines is a favorite area for sunbathing and lounging while under sail.

The expansive fly bridge is yet another wonderful spot to take in the spectacular scenery with a hard top bimini providing shade from the sun.
