We had a bachalorette party of 12. The Captain took us where we wanted to go and was a blast!

Thank you for your rental deposit. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival for your rental at Okoboji Boat Works. Fuel charges will be added at the end of the rental period. We will also be preauthorizing a credit card of your choice $500.00 for damage liability. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled booking time for orientation. All units returned after their rental due date time will be subject to $100.00/hr late fee.

Reservation Policies

TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO THE STANDARD WATERCRAFT AND EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT 1. Lessee certifies that he/she has carefully inspected the watercraft and equipment to be rented under this Agreement and found them to be in good working order and suitable for the purpose for which they are rented. Lessee agrees to return said watercraft and equipment in the same condition in which he/she received it with the exception of ordinary wear and tear. Any repairs costs are the responsibility of the Lessee.  A list of estimated repair costs will be reviewed prior to the operation of the rented watercraft. 2. Lessee shall provide a cash deposit of 20% at least 24 hours in advance of the rental agreement time stated on the reservation. If rental is a spot rental that is reserved at the rental counter and made within 24 hours of the rental period, the deposit will be due at the time the reservation is made.  Deposits for rental agreements are non-refundable. Said deposit may be applied toward any of the following claims asserted by Lessor upon the return of the watercraft and equipment:     (A) any damage to the watercraft or equipment with the exception of ordinary wear and tear;     (B) failure to return the watercraft or equipment in the same condition as it was received by Lessee;     (C) any equipment which is lost or not returned;     (D) any overtime charges based on the rate posted in this office. Provided, further, that any such application of the cash/credit card deposit shall not be deemed to be liquidated damages and shall be without prejudice to Lessor's right to seek additional damages from Lessee in the event such deposit is insufficient to compensate for Lessor's loss. 3. Lessee agrees not to operate or permit the operation of the watercraft and equipment:     (A) in any unsafe or careless or negligent or illegal manner;     (B) by any person under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or similar substance;     (C) by any person who has not signed this Agreement. 4. Lessee agrees that he/she is solely responsible for the safe and proper operation of the watercraft and equipment. Lessee agrees not to hold Lessor liable for any inconvenience, damages or time lost because of any accident or equipment failure related to the watercraft or equipment. Lessee also agrees to indemnify, hold safe and harmless against and defend Lessor from any and all claims, cost, expenses, or damage to property or personal injury (including death) arising from or pertaining to the use, possession or operation of the watercraft and equipment. Lessee acknowledges that Lessor shall have no liability for any damage caused to Lessee's personal property in or on the watercraft and equipment including damage or loss caused by theft, fire, water or any other cause whatsoever. 5. Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold safe and harmless Lessor from and against any and all losses, attorney fees, costs, expenses, damages and liability in connection with enforcing this Agreement.  This includes, without limitation, all costs incurred in collecting delinquent payments under this Agreement and/or all costs incurred in a suit by Lessor to recover possession of the watercraft and equipment and/or any suit by Lessor to enforce any provision, term or condition of this Agreement. 6. Lessee agrees to immediately report to Lessor any accident, equipment failure, or any defect discovered after Lessee has accepted the watercraft and equipment. Continued use of the watercraft and equipment after such discovery shall be at Lessee's own risk and shall cause Lessee to assume all responsibility for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from the continued use of the watercraft and equipment. 7. Lessor can only provide watercraft and equipment reserved under this Agreement if a previous Lessee returns the watercraft and equipment in a timely fashion to allow the subsequent rental to take place. Watercraft and equipment must also be returned in good operating condition in order for the subsequent rental to take place.  Lessor shall incur no liability if it cannot provide the reserved watercraft and equipment due to the conditions listed above or due to other events beyond Lessor's control. 8. Lessee consents to, accepts and agrees to abide by all additional terms and conditions posted by Lessor at Lessor's place of business and as incorporated in this Agreement.  9. All units returned after their rental due date time will be subject to $50.00/10 minute late fee. 10. All rentals will be paid in full prior to renting watercraft. Fuel charges will be applied post rental. 11. I understand that upon arrival a hold of $500.00 will be placed on my credit card for damage liabilities

All rentals are captained by our staff for safety and insurance purposes.

Guests should bring appropriate clothing for weather , suntan lotion, towels and cooler for beverages.

Yes, an experienced captain will navigate your party on any of the Okoboji and connecting lakes. 

Yes, anyone 21 and over may enjoy beverages on the boat.

Unfortunately towable water sports and fishing are not offered by our company.

Our captain will meet your party at any public dock, your resort on the lake or cabin on the lake.

Yes, our captains will make the choice if weather does not permit for a safe day of boating and full refund will be issued.

Our home is a very comfortable 5 bedroom/4 bath home (approx. 3500 sf) and can accommodate up to 16 people in beds. It’s perfect for multiple-family vacations or reunions. It’s located on a 118 foot wide lot overlooking West Okoboji from the Egralharve Point, just north of Village West.

We have three rental weeks available for Summer of 2024:

• Sat 6/1 to Sat 6/8
• Sat 6/29 to Sat 7/6
• Sat 8/3 to Sat 8/10

Price Details:

• Prime-Season (June-Sept): $10,000-$15,000 per week plus
• $400 Booking Fee + 10% Iowa occupancy tax.
• Off-Season (other periods): Lower rates inquire by email.
• $600 Security Deposit and signed Rental Agreement required.
