Onboard the three spacious decks and outdoor areas offer extreme luxury and comfort. With five luxury cabins, she can accommodate up to ten guests, next to eight crew members.

The profile of the Pershing 140 displays the sleek lines that symbolize the brand's sporting, competitive spirit, enhanced by such iconic details as the two side wings integrated into the superstructure at the beginning of the walkways. The distinctly contemporary shape of the bow enhances the model's aerodynamics, guaranteed by the mooring cover with an automatic up/down mechanism that maintains the streamlined design.
Pershing 140 comes with four MTU 16 V 2000 M96L 2600 HP engines. The hydro-jet propulsion assures excellent performance levels, both at cruising and maximum speed. Consistent with the Pershing DNA, the domotics and electronic systems are all state-of-the-art and coniugate performance with well-being and relaxation. Three Seakeeper 35s guarantee absolute comfort even while at anchor.
The three large decks and spacious outdoor areas make living on board the Pershing 140 extremely comfortable. The revolutionary stern area architecture is designed to enhance onboard entertainment and is exhalted by the large beach club right at the water’s edge. To offer a personalised and unique thrill, all on-board decorations are tailored to reflect the owner’s style.

Pershing 140 is also the first yacht with raised wheelhouse and a full-beam master suite on the main deck. The new Pershing 140 features an original layout of the aft area, configured as a raised cockpit that becomes a mezzanine level: this creates a large waterside space that rises from the water up to the sun deck and joins together the entire aft section.
Pershing 140 Owners Suite
Pershing 140 has a grand full beam owner's private suite, that the owner can modify and decorate at will. Yard-fitted with a double bed, a walk-in closet on the left-hand side and a parlour on the right, it enjoys a magnificent view. The large bathroom, fitted with a shower separated from the bathtub, as well as the toilet and bidet on the two topsides, is located at the head of the bow. On the first unit,the owner has decided to install an entertainment room, eliminating the bed to make room for sofas and seats, tables and a big TV screen.

Main saloon features an a spacious relaxation area to the aft while the formal dining area is located towards the bow.
Pershing 140 Lower Deck
The space below decks accommodates four comfortable guest suites, of which 2 have double beds and 2 have twin beds, all with their own closet and en suite bathroom. Maximum comfort is also given to the crew area: after walking through a lobby, the staff can access a large kitchen on the left, separated from the dinette by a door on the right and, proceeding towards the bow, there are three bunk-bed bedrooms, all with a private bathroom. From the lobby, the crew can also have direct access to the engine room and to the garage.

Created to a design of Fulvio De Simoni, 140 has a Planing Aluminium hull and Aluminium superstructure driven by 4 X MTU 16V2000 M96L engines to a maximum speed of 38 knots while comfortably cruising at 35 knots. The fuel tank has a capacity of 26000l/5715gal what allows a yacht to cover 1400 nautical miles without the need to refuel. Pershing 140 has a beam of 8.55m/29ft. The gross tonnage of this Superyacht Pershing is gross tons. That shows exactly how much interior space this yacht has.

Piano di coperta.
Nel 2015, al salone nautico di Monaco, è stata annunciata la creazione del superyacht Pershing 140 di 43 metri e la prima mondiale si è svolta al Gran Premio di Formula 1 a Monaco nel 2019. Questo è lo yacht di marca più lungo e il primo interamente in alluminio.
L'esterno è stato progettato con Fulvio de Simoni, ma differisce in modo significativo dai modelli precedenti: una griglia in acciaio e una forma del naso dritto, vetri del ponte superiore e hardtop.
Sul ponte superiore vi è un posto di controllo, zone pranzo e lounge, un solarium e un hard-top con una sezione di apertura. Un flybridge di 50 metri quadrati è parzialmente coperto da un tetto rigido.
Il ponte di prua è chiuso da un pannello scorrevole. Il pozzetto è a due livelli e rialzato: la sala da pranzo e il salone sono sullo stesso livello, il salone e l'area relax sono dall'altro e sono separati da un reling. Il soggiorno è incorniciato da una sovrastruttura con archi a due ali. Il beach club è allargato dai lati incernierati, la copertura dello specchio di poppa forma un baldacchino sopra la piattaforma di nuoto. Il garage ospita un rimorchio Williams 565 e un jet ski.
Il layout dello yacht prevede cinque cabine: un master sul ponte principale e quattro camere per gli ospiti nella parte inferiore. Cabine per un equipaggio di sette persone sul ponte inferiore, da lì si accede alla sala macchine e al garage. I corridoi e le uscite per ospiti e squadre sono separati. L'interno dello yacht è realizzato a scelta del proprietario.
Pershing 140 suggerisce di scegliere motori dotati di getti d'acqua. Due MTU 4000 per 3460 CV fornire una velocità di 24 nodi, due M93L da 4613 CV aumentalo a 33 e un massimo di 35-38 fornirà quattro motori MTU con una capacità di 2600 CV
La certificazione A è progettata per crociere brevi e marittime. Autonomia 1400 miglia a una velocità di 10 nodi.
