The amidships port side master stateroom includes a king sized centreline berth with night stands on both sides. Generous storage in the cabin in hanging lockers, cabinets, drawers and bookshelves. Vanity located on the portside. Ensuite head has full standup shower. There is a port light plus two opening hatches and a Panasonic TV system.
PORT GUEST STATEROOM
This guest stateroom is located forward and amidships. Accommodations include a couple berth and a single upper bunk. Full ensuite head with standup shower. There is a opening hatch, two port lights and considerable storage.
STARBOARD GUEST STATEROOM
This guest stateroom is located forward and amidships. Accommodations include lower and upper bunks. Full ensuite head with standup shower which also serves as there day head. There is a opening hatch and considerable storage.

The current owners of this Nordhavn 62 have enjoyed cruising her in the cold waters of Newfoundland to the warm southern waters of Florida since 2005.
In 2007 they replaced the main generator, added new radars, flatscreen TV with Satellite TC plus an SSB radio and a Mic-Com system.
In 2018 they did a significant refit in FL at Nordhavn's yard that included new bow and stern thrusters, new autopilots, new ceiling sin the main cabin and pilothouse with new lighting. They replaced the 12Kw secondary generator with a larger 15Kw generator. The stern tube was inspected, all valves and hoses were replaced. The topsides were buffed and waxed and new batteries were installed.
In 2022 they did another update which included new radars, new sonar, depth sounder, VHF's, 120v plugs swapped for new, two new air conditioning compressors, canvas, spotlight and added continuous Satellite TV system.
She is equipped with an extensive spares supply on board to make her as independent of shore side assistance as possible.

Originally built by Broward shipyard in 1998, all-aluminium 45m/147.8ft luxury yacht LADY NORA was originally known as COCOA bean and has exterior styling and naval architecture from the shipyard. Her interiors were updated by Spanish yacht design studio BYD in 2022, updating the guest and crew accommodation, the galley, pantry, mess, laundry facilities and ventilation for fresh, bright and spacious living areas. The accommodation sleeps up to 10 guests and a crew of nine to ensure that everyone is well taken care of throughout their stay.

The sheltered main deck aft hosts an alfresco dining table, sofa and chairs for alfresco meals in comfort. Side walkways lead around to the foredeck, where guests can ascend the stairs to reach the elevated sunbed section in front of the bridge.
The upper deck aft has seating lining the stern, and this area is a great place for conversation and after-dinner drinks while watching the sunset.
The best views onboard are to be had up, on the sundeck, where the forward section is fitted with sun pads and a Jacuzzi is immediately behind. The Jacuzzi can be covered to create an additional sun pad, and a canvas cover grants guests the choice of sunshine or shade. The aft section can be covered by a canvas bimini and has room for a bar and seating along the stern.
The lower deck hosts the guest and crew accommodation, along with the crew mess and laundry facilities. On the main deck, the Master suite is forward, followed by the galley and pantry to port and the main foyer to starboard. This leads through to the main salon, where the formal dining area is located forward to port with the wet bar opposite. A corner sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table line the aft port side of the room, and additional chairs are adjacent. Glowing columns surrounded by art deco fixtures illuminate the room and provide a sophisticated ambience for casual relaxation or hosting a special event in style.

Upgrades, Refits and a Bit of History
The current owners of this Nordhavn 62 have enjoyed cruising her in the cold waters of Newfoundland to the warm southern waters of Florida since 2005.
In 2007 they replaced the main generator, added new radars, flatscreen TV with Satellite TC plus an SSB radio and a Mic-Com system.
In 2018 they did a significant refit in FL at Nordhavn's yard that included new bow and stern thrusters, new autopilots, new ceiling sin the main cabin and pilothouse with new lighting. They replaced the 12Kw secondary generator with a larger 15Kw generator. The stern tube was inspected, all valves and hoses were replaced. The topsides were buffed and waxed and new batteries were installed.
In 2022 they did another update which included new radars, new sonar, depth sounder, VHF's, 120v plugs swapped for new, two new air conditioning compressors, canvas, spotlight and added continuous Satellite TV system.
She is equipped with an extensive spares supply on board to make her as independent of shore side assistance as possible.

45m Lady Nora's Refit Nearing Completion
Byd announces that lady nora's refit is nearing completion….
Refit work on the 45m superyacht Lady Nora is nearing completion to detailed new designs from Spain’s BYD. The Palma de Mallorca-based naval architect was asked to remodel the guest cabins, galley and the entire crew area, redesigning the air conditioning system in the process.
When she’s relaunched this summer, Lady Nora will be able to accommodate eight crew in four single cabins and two doubles, plus another one dedicated to the captain. They are all styled with a new light décor that emphasises the space and makes the most of the natural light that enters through the portholes. Light Elegant Oak veneer cabinetry is balanced with Amtico Nordix Oak antique-wood effect and mid-grey flooring. The look extends to the new crew mess, which is capable of seating 10 people, with TVs and easy access to a new laundry.
The brief also called for a refit on the childrens’ cabin, which BYD re-designed with twin Pullman beds. The backrests of two long sofas on either side of the cabin fold up to create two hanging bunks above the two beds. Storage was built into the walls and BYD designed a clever desk whose chair stows securely inside to make this a child-friendly space.
For the guest cabins and ensuite bathrooms, BYD selected a series of light, gently patterned fabrics to brighten walls, headboards and blinds, plus a warm beige carpet. The ambient lighting has also been modernised with LED units.
In the pantry, storage units are finished with a Formica that reproduces the dark wood panelling of the saloon, keeping sightlines harmonious through the swinging pantry door. Meanwhile, in the galley, the styling reflects the crew areas below, with the same use of antique-effect flooring. The work surfaces are in brushed stainless steel – combining low maintenance with high heat and spill tolerance. The cabinetry is a refined dark grey called nickel sprinkle.
The last piece of the jigsaw has been to improve the ventilation systems on board. The Captain was clear that air renewal was too slow and left some areas of the boat with a musty atmosphere. While no structural work was required here, BYD had to model new cut-outs in the bulkheads to carry the extra ducting required.
“This is technical work that goes well beyond styling,” says Tià Simó, principal designer at BYD. “Our broad experience allowed us to combine the understanding of complex systems with a refined new look to create fresh guest and crew spaces that are a pleasure to use for all the senses.”
The refit work was carried out at Astilleros de Mallorca in close collaboration with the BYD team and Tekamar Carpenters. It began last season and will be finished in time for summer cruising.
