Frankfurter Mousonturm "Die Einsparungen wären der Genickbruch für die freie Theaterszene"

Die Bundesregierung streicht ihre Unterstützung für die freie Theaterszene zusammen. Betroffen ist auch der Frankfurter Mousonturm. Er soll 600.000 Euro weniger im kommenden Jahr erhalten. Gegen die Pläne formiert sich Widerstand.

"Ich weiß gar nicht, ob ich das als Kürzung bezeichnen würde, oder als Genickbruch", sagt Susanne Zaun von der freien Frankfurter Theatergruppe "zaungäste".

Die Regisseurin bezieht sich auf den geplanten Kulturetat der Bundesregierung für das Jahr 2025, in dem an gleich zwei Stellen bei der freien Szene gespart werden soll. 

Fördertöpfe werden fast halbiert

Einmal wird in den Plänen für den Bundeshaushalt 2025 das Budget des Bundeskulturfonds, unterteilt in einzelne Töpfe etwa für Literatur, Musik, Theater und Soziokultur, von 32 Millionen auf 18 Millionen Euro fast halbiert.

Susanne Zaun bekommt für ihr nächstes Theaterprojekt noch Geld vom Fonds Darstellende Künste. Was danach kommt, ist ungewisser denn je.

Mousonturm hätte 600.000 Euro weniger

Hart und unerwartet trifft der angedrohte zweite Teil der Kürzungen den Frankfurter Mousonturm. Das Theaterhaus gehört zu den deutschlandweit sieben Häusern des "Bündnis Internationaler Produktionshäuser", neben dem Berliner Hebbel am Ufer oder dem Kulturzentrum Kampnagel in Hamburg.

Das Bündnis erhielt bisher für zukunftsweisende, internationale Projekte jährlich fünf Millionen Euro, auf den Mousonturm entfielen davon 600.000 Euro. Die sollen komplett gestrichen werden.

Koalitionsvertrag wollte Freie Szene stärken

Anna Wagner, die zusammen mit Marcus Droß den Mousonturm leitet, ist schockiert. Sie hat nicht damit gerechnet, dass die seit 2016 bestehende Zuwendung wegfallen soll.

Denn im Koalitionsvertrag der Bundesregierung steht, man wolle den Bundeskulturfonds als Innovationstreiber ausbauen und die Strukturen der Freien Szene wie eben das Bündnis der Internationalen Produktionshäuser stärken.

Kulturministerium: Fokus auf anderen Projekten

Aus dem Bundesministerium für Kultur und Medien von Ministerin Claudia Roth (Grüne) heißt es dazu auf hr-Anfrage, bei der genauen Ausgestaltung des Haushaltsentwurfs hätten "schmerzhafte Entscheidungen und Schwerpunkt-Setzungen unter Beachtung der finanziellen Realitäten getroffen werden" müssen.

Dabei ist der Bundeskulturetat sogar von 2,15 Milliarden auf 2,2 Milliarden Euro angewachsen. Im Fokus habe aber gestanden, mit den zusätzlichen 50 Millionen Euro vom Bund geförderte Einrichtungen wie die Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz stabil zu halten, eine umfassende Film-Reform voranzutreiben und die Deutsche Welle zukunftsfest aufzustellen.

Mousonturm fürchtet um seine Rolle als Innovationstreiber

Welche Auswirkungen hätte die Kürzung für den Mousonturm? Der Bund finanziert mit 600.000 Euro einen wichtigen Teil des Programms, nämlich den, der das Haus als internationales Theater in Hessen verankert, als Innovationstreiber.

Die enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen den sieben Häusern des Bündnisses könnte nicht mehr stattfinden, erklärt Intendantin Wagner und nennt Beispiele.

Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Künstlerinnen in Gefahr

Die Veranstaltungshäuser hätten etwa Pläne entwickelt, wie Theater nachhaltig produzieren können.

Außerdem habe das Bündnis langfristig mit außereuropäischen Künstlern zusammengearbeitet, zum Beispiel mit der philippinischen Choreografin Eisa Jocson.

Keine Stelle mehr für Barrierefreiheit

Diese Zusammenarbeit könne nicht mehr fortgesetzt werden, und auch die Zusammenarbeit mit der Choreografin Wen Hui, die Wagner "die Pina Bausch des chinesischen Tanzes" nennt, wäre gefährdet.

Infrage stehe dann auch die Stelle der Koordinatorin für Barrierefreiheit, dank der der Mousonturm regelmäßig mit Künstlerinnen und Künstlern mit Behinderungen arbeitet.

Kulturdezernentin schreibt Brief nach Berlin

Inzwischen regt sich Widerstand gegen die Pläne der Bundesministerin von unterschiedlichen Seiten. Die Frankfurter Kulturdezernentin Ina Hartwig (SPD) hat zusammen mit ihrem Hamburger Kollegen Carsten Brosda einen Brief an Claudia Roth geschrieben.

Darin bitten sie darum, den Plan der ersatzlosen Streichung der Mittel für die Produktionshäuser und die zusätzliche Halbierung des Bundeskulturfonds noch einmal zu überdenken.

Petition mit über 32.000 Unterzeichnenden

Außerdem gibt es eine Petition unter dem Motto "An der freien Kunst sparen, kostet zu viel!" mit über 32.000 Unterzeichnenden, welche das Ministerium auffordert, die geplanten Kürzungen zurückzunehmen.

Darin heißt es: "Der Fonds Darstellende Künste und die international vernetzten Produktionshäuser sind für viele freischaffende Künstler*innen lebensnotwendig."

"Kürzung im prekären Umfeld“

Auch die Frankfurter Regisseurin Susanne Zaun hat die Petition unterschrieben. Ihr ist absolut unverständlich, wie es zu den geplanten Einschnitten kommen konnte, "in einem sowieso schon prekären Umfeld, in dem viele Menschen um wenige Mittel konkurrieren."

Wenn die Kürzungen in der Form durchgesetzt würden, hätte das verheerende Auswirkungen für die ganze freie Szene.

In zwei Wochen wird in Berlin über den Haushalt beraten, solange hoffen noch alle Beteiligten darauf, dass die Kürzungen wieder zurückgenommen werden.

La Seguridad Social tiene una ayuda de 600 euros para quienes tienen trabajo pero no llegan a fin de mes

La Seguridad Social permite que una persona que viva sola y tenga un empleo cobre una ayuda de hasta 600 euros si sus rentas son inferiores a los 14.544 euros al año.

Siempre que una persona o familia en España tenga serias dificultades económicas, la Seguridad Social intentará protegerlo con una prestación no contributiva, el Ingreso Mínimo Vital (IMV) . La gran ventaja es que funciona como una renta garantizada, lo que permite cobrar una ayuda de 600 euros para quienes tengan trabajo, pero el sueldo no les permite llegar a fin de mes, cuando cumplan los requisitos específicos.

Principalmente, el interesado debe demostrar que carece de ingresos suficientes para su unidad de convivencia, en este caso, individual . Como queda recogido en el Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE), el límite de rentas que no debe presentar el solicitante de la ayuda en 2024 es de 14.544 euros al año.

Echando un vistazo a las cuantías del IMV para este año , se comprueba que el importe máximo a cobrar es de 604,22 euros. No obstante, este importe solo lo recibirán los desempleados o personas que tienen cero ingresos. Aquellos que tienen un sueldo recibirán la diferencia entre ese límite de ingresos y su sueldo.

Para entender con un ejemplo, supongamos que una persona está independizada y cobra 500 euros por un trabajo a tiempo parcial. Al restarle a los 604,22 euros el salario, el importe a cobrar de IMV sería de 104,22 euros mensualmente.

¿Cómo saber si tengo derecho al Ingreso Mínimo Vital?

Los trabajadores que tengan interés en solicitar la prestación del Ingreso Mínimo Vital y ver si tienen derecho a ella deben comprobar en el siguiente listado que no sobrepasen este límite de rentas durante el ejercicio económico anterior:

Para los beneficiarios individuales, por cada hijo menor de 18 años o menor a cargo sin discapacidad o con discapacidad inferior al 33% el límite de ingresos se ha fijado en los 14.544 euros anuales.

En el caso de las familias numerosas, el umbral de rentas se eleva a 21.888 euros anuales. Además, por cada hijo adicional a partir del cuarto, el límite de ingresos aumenta en 3.546 euros anuales.

Otros requisitos para cobrar el IMV de forma individual

Específicamente, las condiciones impuestas por la Seguridad Social para cobrar la prestación de forma individual pasan por tener una edad comprendida entre los 23 y los 65 años , aunque los mayores de 18 también pueden cuando acrediten que tienen menores de edad a cargo.

Al mismo tiempo, se exige cumplir con un año de residencia legal en España y estar independizado por un mínimo de tres años antes de la solicitud. También haber solicitado las prestaciones a las que tuviera derecho.

Como recogen desde el portal web de la administración: “ Más allá de estos requisitos, el acceso dependerá del nivel de ingresos y del patrimonio de la persona que lo solicite. Cualquier persona con unos ingresos inferiores a la renta garantizada por el Ingreso Mínimo Vital y un patrimonio menor al máximo establecido, podrá ser beneficiaria”.

Bilbao invierte más de 600.000 euros en 14 coches para la Policía Municipal

El Ayuntamiento de Bilbao ha sacado a licitación la adquisición de catorce coches para la Policía Municipal. El presupuesto del contrato es de 618.181 (sin incluir el IVA). En este caso el suministro es en régimen de propiedad, y no en renting como en ocasiones anteriores. La compra tiene como objetivo renovar la flota de la guardia urbana, que conforman en total unos 120 vehículos y que, «dada su antigüedad» provoca «importantes costes de mantenimiento» y también «elevados niveles de emisiones».

Es precisamente esto último, el ánimo de involucrar a la Policía en el proceso de «transición energética», lo que explica en buena medida el elevado presupuesto que se maneja, y que viene a suponer más de 44.000 euros por coche. La cuestión es que se quiere que las unidades sean SUV (todoterreno de uso urbano) híbridos gasolina-eléctricos autorecargables y no enchufables (FHEV). Además, se busca una potencia que no sea inferior a los 170 CV, una cilindrada de más de 2.200 centímetros cúbicos y un depósito de combustible superior a los 50 litros. Se trata de que la implicación con los postulados verdes no comprometa la efectividad en las labores policiales. En fin, que tengan suficiente potencia y que no se queden tirados en medio de una persecución porque se les acaba la batería.

Nueve de los vehículos, además, deben incluir «el kit de personas detenidas». Y todos ellos deberán estar convenientemente rotulados. Además, a las empresas interesadas se les pide una garantía de cinco años, tanto para la mecánica como para los rotulados que les identifican como coches policiales.

El Ajuntament de Ibiza calcula que hay unos 600.000 chicles en el suelo y limpiarlos supondrá un euro cada uno

Para evitar estos comportamientos se han instalado papeleras específicas para chicles, hechas con plástico reciclado e impresoras 3d.

El cálculo que ha llevado a cabo el Ajuntament de Ibiza cifra en 600.000 el número de chicles que se encuentran pegados en el suelo del municipio, por lo que llegar a limpiarlos tendría un precio de un euro por cada chicle a tratar , según ha informado el consistorio este miércoles en un comunicado.

Asimismo, el Ajuntament ha anunciado que, para evitar que los ciudadanos continúen tirando estos residuos al suelo, y tras varios intentos de concienciación a través de campañas, se ha comenzado a construir e instalar papeleras específicas para chicles, hechas con plástico reciclado e impresoras 3D .

Con esta acción, la administración municipal busca concienciar a la población sobre la importancia de tener un comportamiento cívico en la vía pública y así ahorrar un sobrecoste en el mantenimiento y limpieza de las calles. Hasta la fecha, el Ayuntamiento de Ibiza ha repartido ya unas 15 papeleras en distintos puntos estratégicos como en la salida de colegios, institutos o centros deportivos, así como en las grandes avenidas o calles más transitadas.

De esta manera, espera reducir el número de chicles tirados al suelo y por lo tanto reducir también el coste asociado del servicio de limpieza. El consistorio también incorporó en febrero varias máquinas que permiten eliminar más fácilmente este pegajoso residuo.

Commissioned by a meticulous owner, the 23.2-metre sailing yacht is custom designed by Debenedetti & Fiordi with a glass and aluminium hardtop and a metallic hull. Accommodation is for up to eight guests across four en suite cabins. Gigreca boasts a joystick docking system for easy berthing and a double engine configuration that earns the series its title, delivering top speeds of 13 knots with incredibly low levels of noise and vibration.

Gigreca is asking €1,980,000 with Camper & Nicholsons .

This 33.5-metre schooner started life in 1921 as a pilot schooner, inspired by the Baltimore Clippers running between the United States and the Caribbean. She has undergone nearly a decade of colourful ownership, most notably owned by King Farouk I of Egypt after the Second World War, who remodelled her to royal standards. A five-year keel-up restoration starting in 2006 by the Atollvic Shipyard saw her completely overhauled to bring her up to modern standards while preserving the original integrity of the boat.

No.6 Texel is asking €1,950,000 with Fraser .

Built by Italcraft in 2007 as part of its Maxi Drago 105 series, this 31-metre motor yacht underwent a sizeable technical and cosmetic refit when bought from the new owner in 2021. This involved a fresh teak deck, new Fisher Panda 35Kw generators, anti-osmosis treatment and a brand-new full service Arnesson system. Sub Zero is an all-GRP vessel whose planning hull and MTU engines allow her to reach exhilarating top speeds of 40 knots and a cruising speed of 30 knots. She can comfortably accommodate eight guests across four cabins, including a full-beam master suite.

Sub Zero is asking €1,850,000 with Attica Yachts .

Excelerate Z

Excelerate Z is one of the highest-specced Sunseeker 94s available on the brokerage market. This 28-metre motor yacht was substantially refitted in 2022, which involved a complete upgrade of all communication, navigation, audiovisual and connectivity systems, with the new equipment installed typically found on much larger yachts. Her classic, understated interiors are courtesy of Bannenberg and Rowell , with accommodation for up to eight across four ensuite cabins. Excelerate Z ’s top deck is her main convivial area, featuring a bar, Jacuzzi and ample sunbathing space.

Excelerate Z is asking €1,850,000 with Ocean Independence .

Sea Breeze III

This all-wood, 30.8-metre Millkraft motor yacht was delivered in 1976 and was once owned by New Zealand’s wealthiest individual Graeme Hart. Sea Breeze III’ s heritage Hollywood style has been preserved over the years, most recently with a visit to specialist refit yard Oceania Marine in 2019. Work lasted throughout the pandemic and involved an extensive paint job, a full interior overhaul and the removal, redesign, and strengthening of four metres of the upper aft deck. She has accommodation for up to six guests, with interiors that still proudly display much of the original mahogany and texturing.

Sea Breeze III is asking $1,700,000 with 36 Degrees Brokers .

De Vrouwe Christina

Modelled after the traditional Dutch Tjalk vessels, De Vrouwe Christina was launched in September 1957 and is the only vessel of her kind to have been built by Feadship . She is in impeccable, seaworthy condition thanks to a dedicated maintenance record and extensive refits in 2002 and 2017. With a range of 1000 nautical miles, her current owners have proven her capabilities by visiting Alaska, New England and South America in recent years. This spritsail barge can accommodate six across three cabins, with surprisingly spacious interiors that include a two-level saloon with stainless steel stairs, a Yamaha self-playing piano and an open galley.

De Vrouwe Christina is asking $990,000 with Camper & Nicholsons .

Elena is a 26.2-metre, all-weather explorer yacht built in steel by Dutch yard Kramer & Booy . A former fishing vessel, she was converted and fully renovated into a private yacht. Elena was completely refitted in 2017, with everything but the hull, superstructure and main engine replaced for the latest available equipment. She accommodates six guests overnight up to thirty for day cruises, plus accommodation for four crew. Design highlights include her spacious sundeck with 360-degree views, a shaded lower aft deck for lounging and easy walk-around decks. While currently under private use, she would also work well as a commercial dive vessel.

Elena is asking €840,000 with Ocean Independence.

Dolce Vita II

Launched in 2000, Dolce Vita II belongs to the sporty Leopard 24 series. She lives up to the Leopard legacy with a planing hull and twin MTU engines that deliver a top speed of 35 knots. She also has an impressively low 0.9-metre draft, perfect for cruising the shallow waters of the Bahamas. Exterior design is courtesy of Paolo Caliari and a fun element to note is the large sun pad aft, which can be removed to reveal a custom Hibachi grill. Accommodation is for seven across three cabins, including a master cabin fitted with a vanity, entertainment centre and minibar.

La testigo clave contra la 'número tres' de Ayuso en el PP: “Millán se reunía a solas con el empresario, nadie podía entrar”

La guardia civil incorpora al caso el testimonio de la funcionaria que actuaba de “mano derecha” de ana millán en la época de los contratos adjudicados a francisco roselló, el empresario que pagó a la ex alcaldesa de arroyomolinos, su hermana y su pareja más de 200.000 euros tras recibir 600.000 en contratos del municipio, — una jueza acusa de cuatro delitos de corrupción a la número tres de ayuso en el pp de madrid.

La investigación contra Ana Millán , ex alcaldesa de Arroyomolinos y número 3 del PP de Madrid, cuenta con un testimonio que la Guardia Civil y el Juzgado que han investigado el caso durante cuatro años consideran especialmente relevante. Corresponde a una funcionaria del Ayuntamiento de Arroyomolinos que actuó como mano derecha de Millán en la etapa que se investiga, cuando era concejala de Juventud. Ante los agentes de la Unidad Central Operativa (UCO), la funcionaria describió cómo el empresario acusado de pagar mordidas a Ana Millán a cambio de adjudicaciones recibía un trato preferente por parte de la entonces edil de Arroyomolinos. 

La funcionaria, que en la actualidad sigue trabajando en el Ayuntamiento de Arroyomolinos, explicó a los agentes de la UCO que su puesto de administrativa le impedía firmar los pliegos de las adjudicaciones y que Ana Millán estampaba la firma después de darle las indicaciones con todo lo que debían incluir. En las reuniones con las empresas, la funcionaria acompañaba siempre a Ana Millán. Era, según declararon otros testigos del Ayuntamiento, su “mano derecha”. 

Sin embargo, cuando quien acudía a la Concejalía de Juventud era el empresario Francisco Roselló, la funcionaria no podía entrar a las reuniones. “Concerniente a los contratos en los que las empresas de Grupo Educativo estaban, Ana Millán la apartó, no dejándola intervenir. Que únicamente le decía, una vez ya decidido, los campamentos/talleres que había que contratar”, declaró la funcionaria V. a los guardias civiles el pasado 13 de marzo. 

Para cuando se produjo la declaración de la testigo ya hacía tiempo que los agentes de la UCO habían calculado que Millán, su hermana y su pareja habían ingresado 214.638,45 euros entre 2008 y 2016 de las empresas de Roselló , que a su vez había conseguido contratos en ese periodo superiores a 600.000 euros de la Concejalía de Juventud. 

El testimonio de la funcionaria se produjo dos meses antes de las últimas elecciones autonómicas de mayo de 2023. Una vez celebrados los comicios, Millán se convirtió en diputada en la Asamblea de Madrid por la decisión de Isabel Díaz Ayuso de auparla en las listas pese a su imputación. El testimonio de la funcionaria fue entregado por la UCO al Juzgado en un atestado recopilatorio de todos los indicios con fecha de abril de 2024. La apuesta decidida de Díaz Ayuso por Millán pese al cúmulo de indicios contra ella y su condición de investigada ha convertido a la ex alcaldesa de Arroyomolinos en vicesecretaria de Organización y Electoral del PP de Madrid y vicepresidenta de la Asamblea.

El pasado junio, la jueza Lidia Prado decidió inhibirse en favor del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Madrid por la condición de aforada que ha pasado a tener Millán desde que Isabel Díaz Ayuso decidió a auparla a las listas para los comicios de mayo de 2023 cuando ya llevaba un año siendo investigada y se conocían los pagos del empresario a ella y a su familia. En su auto de inhibición la jueza cita los delitos de tráfico de influencias, prevaricación, cohecho y fraude a la Administración. Es el mismo auto donde la magistrada destaca el testimonio de la funcionaria V. 

“Solo con los contratos a Roselló”

“Todo lo relacionado con Grupo Educativo lo llevaba personalmente Ana Millán. Ella despachaba a solas con su director Francisco Roselló, cerrándose en su despacho”, recogen los agentes. La funcionaria también declaró que “no estuvo presente en ninguna de esas reuniones” y que “con otras empresas no se daba esta circunstancia porque era partícipe en las reuniones que había”. Con los contratos para el grupo de Roselló, remató, Ana Millán solo “se aportaba la información justa para realizar su trabajo” y eso “solo ocurría con los contratos adjudicados a Grupo Educativo”.

Ana Millán, siendo concejal de Juventud de Arroyomolinos, adjudicó contratos por un valor cercano a los 400.000 euros a un empresario que le ingresaba todos los meses 500 euros más que el precio de mercado por el alquiler de un ático en el centro de Arroyomolinos. Además, el mismo empresario contrató y pagó a la hermana de la concejala y a su marido. También se investiga la posible influencia de Millán en otros contratos adjudicados a Francisco Vicente Roselló por la Concejalía de Cultura, 257.000 euros más. 

En 2016, tres años después de que arrancara esa causa, el Gobierno que sucedió al PP en Arroyomolinos descubrió a miembros del saliente intentando deshacerse de tres bolsas de basura. En su interior se encontraron correos y extractos bancarios que demostraban la relación entre un empresario, Francisco Vicente Roselló, propietario de la empresa Neverland, con la que había sido responsable de Juventud, y por tanto de los festejos de la localidad, Ana Millán.

Millán recibió pagos de una empresa de Roselló, Neverland, “y del propio Francisco Roselló” pagos por un valor total de 51.104,67 euros. Un antiguo empleado de una de las empresas de Roselló, que vivió en el ático de Millán dijo a los agentes que pagaba 500 euros mensuales a su entonces jefe y en mano. Roselló, a su vez, entregaba 900 euros al mes a Millán. El argumento de empresario y alcaldesa ante el juez es que si la renta se acercaba al doble del precio de mercado es porque  se trataba de un alquiler con derecho a compra que después el empresario nunca ejerció .

Por otra parte, entre 2008 y 2011, la hermana de Millán, trabajadora social, facturó a empresas de Roselló 88.642,42 euros y el marido de la primera cobró 37.578,04 euros del conglomerado del empresario entre 2008 y 2011. La jueza de Navalcarnero también cita en el auto de inhibición al TSJM que la Guardia Civil ha descubierto ingresos en efectivo de 42.650 euros por parte de la propia Millán en sus cuentas bancarias en ese periodo, entre 2008 y 2014 en este último caso.

Los autónomos pierden más de 3.600 millones de euros al año por facturar a mano

Las multas por no tener un programa de facturación electrónica certificado por hacienda se elevarán hasta los 50.000 euros por ejercicio fiscal con la entrada en vigor de la ley antifraude y la ley crea y crece.

Las pérdidas de los autónomos por seguir emitiendo facturas de manera manual superan los 3.600 millones de euros, según cálculos de Billin , empresa experta del Grupo TeamSystem , que ultima un informe para radiografiar la situación del ecosistema empresarial español ante el nuevo marco jurídico que se avecina con la inminente llegada de la Factura Electrónica Obligatoria.

Según los datos de Billin , habría un total de 1,2 millones de autónomos que no usan un software de facturación, que al multiplicarlos por las 168 horas anuales que pueden ahorrarse facturando de manera digital con Billin , tendrían como resultado una pérdida de productividad próxima a los 201,6 millones de horas al año, cuando el coste medio de la hora de un autónomo ronda los 18 euros.

Más allá de estas pérdidas multimillonarias, los expertos están preocupados por las dudas que generará en autónomos y micropymes la entrada en vigor de la Ley Antifraude y la Ley Crea y Crece, que marcará un antes y un después en los procesos de facturación y contabilidad.

Las empresas confunden ambas leyes, lo que puede amenazar el día a día e incluso la continuidad de ciertos negocios, ya que algunos incumplimientos conllevan importantes sanciones económicas. En concreto, Billin alerta de que las multas por no tener un programa de facturación electrónica certificado por Hacienda se elevarán hasta los 50.000 euros por ejercicio fiscal.

Falta de voluntad política

A juicio de los expertos, el desconocimiento del nuevo marco legal denota cierta falta de voluntad política a la hora de informar a las empresas sobre las ventajas asociadas a este vector de digitalización, máxime en un contexto tan marcado por la recepción de fondos europeos y la campaña del kit digital.

Por ello, Billin anima a los ministerios de Economía, Hacienda y Transformación Digital a desarrollar urgentemente un plan transversal e integral de acción política para evangelizar a las empresas sobre el nuevo marco jurídico en torno a la facturación y contabilidad de las empresas, evitar multas y aprovechar las ayudas comunitarias.

En opinión de esta empresa del Grupo TeamSystem que quiere llevar lo digital a todos los negocios, facilitando y evitando sobresaltos en esta obligada transición, hay que mejorar la coordinación entre estos 3 ministerios para impulsar la productividad de las empresas españolas a través de su digitalización y evitar el desperdicio de los fondos europeos asignados para la implantación de la facturación electrónica en las empresas. Billin también advierte sobre las dificultades en el acceso de pymes y autónomos a los fondos europeos, por lo que pide soluciones para acelerar y facilitar estos trámites, ya que las primeras multas que acarreará el nuevo marco normativo provocarán un efecto tractor que llevará a muchos negocios a solicitar las ayudas para implantar la factura electrónica. Marcos de la Cueva, CEO de Billin, considera que "podemos perder una oportunidad de oro. Hay ayudas disponibles para acelerar estos procesos de digitalización, pero se necesita un acompañamiento y asesoramiento profesionalizado para aprovechar estos fondos y lograr que las pymes y autónomos de España dejen de ser de las menos productivas de la Unión Europea. La implantación de la factura electrónica es, sin duda, clave para el crecimiento y la competitividad de las empresas”.
