Motor yacht VITESSE was launched in 2007 by Hargrave Yachts and measures 30.5m (100ft) in length and benefitted from a refit in 2023. This comfortable and inviting yacht offers accommodation in four cabins for up to eight guests and has a professional crew of four.

EXTERIOR Her lovely profile offers a choice of al fresco entertainment spaces for dining, lounging or sunbathing. The sun deck is great for leisurely days on board and is fitted with a generous dining setting, curved sit up bar and aft jacuzzi, grill and crane to launch the toys. Forward to port are the deck helm controls with companion seating to starboard. The deck is covered by a hard roof with inset downlighters to create a warm atmosphere in the evenings.

The main deck aft offers an alternative dining space, this time under the shelter of the flybridge, with a bench seat, flexible table and additional moveable chairs. Steps lead down to the swim platform from where the crew will assist guests with the water toys. On the foredeck there is a row of sunpads for guests to enjoy which offer comfortable sunbathing and lovely views over the bow.
INTERIOR The elegant interior features classic gloss wood panelling adding a level of sophistication to the décor. The wood is complemented by neutral carpets and soft furnishings and loads of windows offering panoramic views of the surroundings. The corner sofa and armchairs form the lounge in the main salon, while a circular table creates a convivial dining setting aft. Forward on the main deck is a wonderful dine-in galley, perfect for families or those looking for a ‘chef’s table’ experience.

Although it wasn’t close to the beach, her family would always find themselves near the ocean for holidays. During her childhood, Hané participated in competitive equestrian shows, jumping until she was 16. She then proceeded to be a part of the equestrian team that represented South Africa. Hané recently joined the yachting industry after completing a Bachelor of Music with psychology. It was one of her family members that inspired her to get into yachting and she has enjoyed every moment since. As the sole Stewardess aboard VITESSE, Hané is dedicated to providing a seamless and comfortable experience for every guest. She completes every request with precision, always keeping a smile on her face. Don´t be fooled, although short in stature, she is a little fish in a big pond, young, determined, and enthusiastic. It was in high school when Ryan was introduced to sailing and he has been on the water ever since. Fueled by the desire to one day own his own sailboat, sailing has become a passion that he now shares with others as a qualified sailing instructor. With a background as a Retail IT Technician as well as experience as a General Contractor, Ryan brings a diverse skill set to the yachting world. He is passionate about what he does and always ensures his work is performed at a high standard. Possessing a diverse background that includes sales and sports coaching, Vincent ventured as a private chef in December 2019, designing bespoke menus and coordinating event-themed decorations, showing his dedication to crafting outstanding dining experiences. Fluent in English and Afrikaans, he holds qualifications in various fields, including STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Food Safety, and First Aid, and diplomas in Culinary Arts, Patisserie, and Personal Bio Kinetics, standing testament to his commitment to excellence. Fluent in English and Afrikaans, Ryan’s journey on the water began in high school, igniting a passion for sailing that turned him into a skilled instructor eager to share his love for the sea. Beyond sailing, Ryan’s eclectic career includes being a Retail IT Technician and a General Contractor, equipping him with a unique set of skills he applies in the yachting world. He values safety, enjoyment, and excellence above all, tackling challenges with a blend of engineering insight and a safety-first attitude. Ryan dreams big – aiming to captain his own vessel and maybe even start an engineering firm. When not plotting his course to these goals, he enjoys music, surfing, sailing, and savoring the outdoors.
