Need ideas for yachting activities check out our list of the most fun things you can do on a yacht charter..
Sailing allows you to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy everyday life, relaxing and experiencing something new each time you head out on the sea. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of a gentle breeze in your hair and the exhilarating freedom as you watch your boat glide through the big blue and explore new territories.
Besides sailing itself, there are plenty of boating activities you can enjoy. Whether you’re in it to connect with nature and enjoy some peace and quiet, spend some quality time with your family, or have an unforgettable adventure with your friends, there’s really room for everything.
Here are the most fun boat activities you can do while at sea and on land:
There’s no better playground than the sea. From easy-going to adrenaline activities, everyone can find something for themselves.
Diving at the Baron Gautsch shipwreck site in the Adriatic. Image source: Shutterstock
Snorkeling and scuba diving are both fun underwater activities that allow you to explore the beauty of marine life. Snorkeling enables you to enjoy beautiful panoramic underwater views of coral reefs and marine life from above, while scuba diving provides a closer underwater experience. Scuba diving is for more adventurous types, as it requires training and additional equipment but both activities can be equally exciting and memorable.

Enjoying the fun moments on a yacht charter.
Swimming is probably the easiest and most accessible activity you can do on a chartered yacht. It requires no equipment and no effort to prepare. There’s nothing quite like plunging into the refreshing water after spending the day soaking in the sun! More luxurious yachts come with swimming pools onboard, so you can take a dip anytime you want. It’s a great way to entertain your kids or throw a pool party and dance the night away.
Most charter yachts also have a nice selection of “water toys” available for their guests, such as noodles, floaties, and swimming mats. If you’d like a bit of an adrenaline rush, you can enjoy tubing, jet-skiing, or wakeboarding as well. More athletic types and speed junkies will surely appreciate wind sports like kiteboarding, windsurfing, or wing-foiling. These sports require much more commitment, special weather conditions, and gear but are very exciting and fun.
Fancy a swim at mesmerizing Mediterranean beaches? Check out our list of the best Croatian beaches to visit here .
A charter yacht allows you to explore some incredible fishing grounds in a leap of luxury. It also gives you an opportunity to catch fresh fish for dinner or impress friends with a tale about ‘the one that got away’. You can troll for big game fish in the deep water, spin for smaller game fish from the tender or stand-up paddleboard, or simply throw a line off the side of the boat for a bit of fun.
Friends enjoying the yacht party on a beautiful sunny day.
There’s no party like a yacht party. Whether you’ve been pondering a gift for that special someone or you want to celebrate a special occasion with your nearest and dearest, you can charter the perfect boat to accommodate all your friends and family and throw the birthday celebration of a lifetime!
Designed for luxury entertaining, charter yachts offer endless amenities and décor possibilities. You can throw an unforgettable bachelor party, a murder mystery party, a masquerade ball, or any other thematic event you can think of. The only limit is your imagination!
Before you start partying onboard, make sure you establish some ground rules. If it’s your first time chartering a yacht, read our guide on yacht etiquette here .
Not all fun sailing activities take place on a boat. Get off the boat and explore your surroundings on foot!
Walking around the Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia. Image source: Shutterstock
Sightseeing is probably the most rewarding onshore activity you can do while sailing. Many sailing destinations boast some amazing cultural heritage sites or nature parks you can enjoy.
If you decide on a yacht charter on the Adriatic, we recommend visiting at least one of the eight amazing national parks in Croatia . While in Croatia, you can also explore local World Cultural Heritage sites protected by UNESCO.
Hiking and cycling are also great ways to immerse yourself in nature, explore the local flora and sauna and take some great photographs. We are confident that you will find something that’ll capture your imagination and turn your sailing holiday into an unforgettable experience.
Experiencing the local cuisine is a must while on a yacht charter.
Reward your taste buds after a long day of fun in the sun and explore the local culinary delights. If you’re sailing the Mediterranean, you’re in for a treat! Mediterranean cuisine is one of the healthiest cuisines and a real feast of flavor and fragrances, with beautiful colors and textures every foodie will enjoy.
Check out our list of top 10 Croatian restaurants for a yacht tour of the Adriatic here .
Wine enthusiasts will surely enjoy wine made from award-winning indigenous grape sorts bred in vineyards all over the Dalmatian coastline. If you’re a wine lover, make sure to read our selection of the best wineries to visit during a yacht charter in Croatia .
How your typical sailing day is going to look depends on who you’re with, what type of charter yacht you choose, as well as your personality and hobbies. If you’re sailing with your family, your day will be filled with family-friendly activities such as water sports, hiking, and lounging on the beach. If you’re with your friends - you’ll probably be more into partying and exploring the vibrant nightlife onshore.
Here is an example of a 1-day yacht itinerary filled with various activities:
There’s no better way to start your day than a refreshing morning swim, followed by a light breakfast on board. After breakfast and your morning cup of coffee, you can dock the boat in the marina, go fishing with the locals or simply prepare the boat for the next destination.
It’s not a bad idea to consult weather charts and make the plan for the rest of the day accordingly.
If the weather is favorable, you can enjoy the feel of sailing a yacht under full sails. For lunch, you can find some nice bay to anchor and try the local delicacies. You can spend the time until dinner sightseeing, swimming, sailing, or practicing watersports. A more relaxed option would be sunbathing or napping on the deck, sipping cold cocktails, or reading a good book.
The evening is usually reserved for either some relaxing activities or partying, depending on who you’re with. You can decide to stay on board and have a romantic sunset dinner with your significant other or a movie night with your kids. If you’re with your friend and want to explore what the nightlife has to offer, find a marina to spend the night in before the dark. Now you can enjoy the live music in a local restaurant, hit the club or throw a party.
Whichever activity you choose, you can’t go wrong!
A yacht charter vacation is above all an unforgettable journey . Image source: Shutterstock
On a yacht charter, each new day is an adventure that can be filled with both relaxing and exhilarating activities. From sunbathing and lounging on deck to exploring the depths of the sea or local flavors, everyone can find something that’ll make their yacht charter vacation a dream come true.
Even though summer seems far far away, now’s actually the best time to book a yacht charter because you can take advantage of discounts, you have a better choice of yachts, and flights are cheaper.

Seattle needs a fun place to party. A place where people can gather in an intimate atmosphere and let loose their inhibitions without a worry of what the neighbors might think. The stringent rules imposed on the big sight-seeing tour boats often smothers the mildest notions of letting people do something "wild and crazy". (Try jumping off the top deck of one of those stodgy tour boats naked and see where that gets you.) We are here to help you and your friends have a good time - within the law of course. But we don't get all formal about where you must sit, where you can't go and what you can't touch. Our captain and crew doesn't dress like penguins either. They will even where what ever costumes you bring for them! You think we're kidding! Our captain Jerry Adams, has spent many years at sea. With his experiences in dealing with the roughneck crews fishing the waters seen in Alaska's Deadliest Catch, he is a tolerant and even-keeled skipper who knows how to have a good time. Beginning his career in the Seattle boat yards as a young kid, Jerry is vastly experienced in all aspects of all things nautical, so you know you are in good hands when it comes to safety and dependability. …

Do this for your next party! We had 20 people and it was plenty of space for dancing on the roof or deck. There are legal limits on capacity so make sure your head count is correct. Swimming, cruising, was amazing! Captain Jerry will make sure you have fun, and keep you safe Great times :)
Lots of room inside the galley to serve food, great party sized Bluetooth speaker, plenty of room for up to 26 guests on the front, back, and upper deck of the boat. Most ideal would be on a hot day warm enough to drop anchor and swim, but had a fun time even on a chillier evening. Not the fanciest boat, but has everything you need and ample space for a fun time! Seems pricey, although you get plenty of time on the water and is competitive with similar market options. Best value if you get all 26 spots filled. Company could improve text/or email communications in advance of event. Captain is kind and communicative.
This was one of the greatest birthdays I've ever thrown in my entire life!! Do not walk, but RUN to book this boat. It's not your boujee super expensive boat, and it's definitely seen it's fair share of parties so don't expect it to be some immaculate boat but it is a very fair price!! But in my opinion it made it better because there were no major rules except basic safety and common sense of course! Just know you can have 26 ppl total and it's max 10 on the top deck so the group may be separated for some times of the night. We did the evening cruise from 6-11pm and it was soo beautiful! Passed Gas Works and the beautiful Skyline and parked it farther so we could bump the music and party! Captain Jerry and his daughter gave me and my friends the space and privacy to party, dance, jump off the boat, swim, and just turn up! If you're not uptight and not afraid to get a little down and dirty then this is the boat for you! Im seriously considering making it a yearly thing and all my friends agree fursure. Thank you captain Jerry!!
This is our 3rd Year and definitely not our last to go on the Fun Boat!! The Captain and Crew are so much fun and they really take the time and effort to make sure everything goes smoothly. We max the boat each year and we still have room to move around, dance, and have a great time!! See you all next year!!
This boat is so much fun! The crew was great and even held on to our leftover beverages to pick up the next day. Everyone had a great time, highly recommend!!

Thanks for the nice review we enjoyed your whole group
Captain Jerry and his boat is a must! Fair price for the boat's style and extremely fun!
Huge thanks to Captain Rick and BJ for making my 23rd birthday bash a huge success!!! We had a group of about 15 friends come on board the boat and it was a non stop party from start to finish. The crew was super accommodating and a blast to have join in on the festivities! The boat was very clean, a great size (wrap around balcony and top tier deck to lay out, hang out and have an awesome view) and the rental process was super easy! We cruised around Lake Union & Lake Washington stopping at different points to dip in the water and grill. The crew was so sweet to even let us stay on and cruise for another hour! It was the perfect way to celebrate with good friends, they can't stop raving about how much of a great time it was. The best party boat rental hands down! Definitely recommend Seattle Fun Boat to anyone looking for a great time, reasonable pricing and awesome customer service. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again Captain Rick & BJ, y'all were the most lit crew ever!
If you are looking for the party of your life, then stop what you are doing immediately and book a trip with Seattle Fun Boat! We rented the boat for a going away party (23 people) and it couldn't have been better! They let us bring our own food and drink on board, swim in Lake Washington, and have an amazing party. Captain Cameron and the deckhand were awesome! Super helpful, hung out with the group, and got us back safely. For the price, you won't find a better boat!
My group of about 20 vaccinated friends and I were the first group of the season for the fun boat and it was an absolute blast. Captain Jerry and his daughter were a great crew and were very kind. Everyone had such a great time and I would absolutely rent again!
Thanks we had a great time meeting your friends
Such an easy process to book this last minute boat trip with 27 of my friends for the July 4th weekend. I called, spoke to who I believe was Jerry's wife and reserved the date with a $200 deposit. The final balance was due day of. We had so much fun!!! We were allowed to dress up the captain in literally anything we wanted. We could bring our own booze and food!!! At night we had an epic dance party inside and during the day we were all chilling around the hot tub. Some of us even jumped from the top of the boat into the water. I have so many photos and memories. This is something everyone enjoyed and I would do once a year for sure!!!!

Planning a summer escape to the Russian River is a summertime tradition for many; with its scenic beaches and inviting waters, it's the perfect spot for swimming, fishing, and soaking up the sun—making it a must-visit tradition for both locals and visitors alike.Flowing over 100 miles through Sonoma County—from the rugged coastal mountains of Mendocino County to the Pacific Ocean—the Russian River winds through diverse landscapes, offering countless opportunities for exploration. Some Sonoma County Regional Parks beaches provide access to the Russian River for fishing, including: Steelhead Beach, Sunset Beach, and Del Rio Woods. Russian River fisheries include steelhead trout (fall, winter and spring), bass, bluegill and catfish (summer), and shad (spring.) Before casting your line, ensure you're familiar with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife regulations specific to the Russian River. Find more information at wildlife.ca.gov.
Don’t forget - if you bring it into the outdoors, take it back with you - including fishing gear. Discarded lines and hooks can severely injure or kill birds and other aquatic wildlife. Discarded to-go containers, soda cans, plastic floats, etc. all have far-reaching, negative impacts on wildlife and the environment. And don’t forget about responsibility when it comes to human and pet waste. Let’s leave our outdoor areas better than we found them.

With its stunning scenery, exciting activities, and commitment to safety, the Russian River promises a memorable day trip. So pack your sunscreen, grab your fishing rod (if you have one!), and head out for a fun-filled adventure at one of these Russian River beaches:

Here are our top 10 boat options ideal for entertaining and family fun:
Center consoles, motor yachts/power cruisers.
Bowriders get the nod for small-scale celebrations with groups up to a half-dozen or so people. This type of boat doesn’t have many amenities, nor do they offer cooking facilities so you’ll have to come well-prepared, but since they’re relatively inexpensive, easy to trailer, and easy to clean up at the end of the night, plenty of people enjoy entertaining aboard a bowrider.
Explore Bowriders
The things that make cabin cruisers great for spending extended time aboard, like full galleys, private bathrooms (called “head compartments” in nautical lingo), lots of seating, and protection from inclement weather, also makes them great for entertaining. How many people you’ll invite aboard can range widely depending on just how large a cabin cruiser you have, but in most cases, there will be plenty of room for a half-dozen to 10, 12, or even more people.
Explore Cabin Cruisers
While it’s true that many people choose a center console because they want to go saltwater fishing , many others like center consoles for their wide-open spaces and plentiful seating—which turns out to be ideal for entertaining. In fact, many center console builders offer models outfitted more for festivities than for fishing, with accouterments like outdoor grills, ice makers, and wet-bars. In this case, again, the boat’s size will be the limiting factor when it comes to how large a party you’ll want to throw. That said, many center consoles have so many seats and sunpads that they can accommodate more people than similarly sized boats with cabins.
Explore Center Console Boats
Think of deck boats exactly as you’d think of bowriders. They do, however, gain a small edge since they’re usually a bit roomier in the bow than a comparable bowrider is and will commonly be able to seat an extra passenger or two.
Explore Deck Boats
If you like entertaining big crowds in luxurious surroundings, a motor yacht or big power cruiser is impossible to top. Multiple cabins, indoor and outdoor social areas, full cooking facilities, and all the conveniences of home—what more could a host hope for? And depending on the boat’s size your list of invitees could run for several pages.
Explore Motor Yachts/Power Cruisers
Personal watercrafts hold just one to three people and don’t have any extra space for things like blenders or cocktail tables, so why did we include them in this list? Because they’re an incredibly popular entertainment devices for people of all ages. You won’t hold a party on a PWC alone, but wherever boaters raft up with friends for larger celebrations, someone almost always brings a PWC or two. If you want to make sure all your guests have fun in the sun, consider adding one or more to your personal fleet.
Explore Personal Watercrafts
You can’t talk about the best boats for entertaining without pontoon boats being in the mix—they’re the original “party barge,” and modern pontoon boats can be found with everything from changing rooms to grills to blenders built right in. Plus, they have tons of seating and even the smaller models usually have enough room for eight or 10 people. There are also large pontoon boats topping 30 feet in length, which have the capacity to hold dozens of socialites.
Explore Pontoon Boats
Due to their relatively small cockpits sailboats aren’t commonly thought of as high-capacity party machines, but ask any sailboat owner if they entertain aboard and you can bet the answer will be yes. So if you enjoy the peace and quiet being out on the water has to offer and your idea of a fun gathering is bringing a couple or another family along for a sail, we say that makes a sailboat perfect for your entertaining needs.
Explore Sailboats
Entertaining on a boat isn’t just limited to parties and celebrations—it also includes treating your friends to the thrill of a lifetime. And if you have a ski or wakeboard boat, you can make that happen. As is true for many of the smaller types of boats on this list you probably won’t have many integrated entertaining features (though the stereo systems on many watersports boats are potent enough to shake the entire lake), but if you have a cooler you can load with drinks and a car full of thrillseekers, your ski boat or wakeboard boat will be the destination everyone wants to head for.

Trawlers tend to have more room on the inside than the outside. So while they may not be ideal for large groups who are interested in fun in the sun, they’re great for year-round entertaining. Plus, larger models often have big flybridges where your guests can kick back and enjoy endless views.

There’s hardly a better way to absorb Moscow’s atmosphere than on a ship sailing up and down the Moskva River. While complicated ticketing, loud music and chilling winds might dampen the anticipated fun, this checklist will help you to enjoy the scenic views and not fall into common tourist traps.
How to find the right boat?
There are plenty of boats and selecting the right one might be challenging. The size of the boat should be your main criteria.
Plenty of small boats cruise the Moskva River, and the most vivid one is this yellow Lay’s-branded boat. Everyone who has ever visited Moscow probably has seen it.
This option might leave a passenger disembarking partially deaf as the merciless Russian pop music blasts onboard. A free spirit, however, will find partying on such a vessel to be an unforgettable and authentic experience that’s almost a metaphor for life in modern Russia: too loud, and sometimes too welcoming. Tickets start at $13 (800 rubles) per person.
Bigger boats offer smoother sailing and tend to attract foreign visitors because of their distinct Soviet aura. Indeed, many of the older vessels must have seen better days. They are still afloat, however, and getting aboard is a unique ‘cultural’ experience. Sometimes the crew might offer lunch or dinner to passengers, but this option must be purchased with the ticket. Here is one such option offering dinner for $24 (1,490 rubles).
If you want to travel in style, consider Flotilla Radisson. These large, modern vessels are quite posh, with a cozy restaurant and an attentive crew at your service. Even though the selection of wines and food is modest, these vessels are still much better than other boats.
Surprisingly, the luxurious boats are priced rather modestly, and a single ticket goes for $17-$32 (1,100-2,000 rubles); also expect a reasonable restaurant bill on top.
How to buy tickets?
Women holding photos of ships promise huge discounts to “the young and beautiful,” and give personal invitations for river tours. They sound and look nice, but there’s a small catch: their ticket prices are usually more than those purchased online.
“We bought tickets from street hawkers for 900 rubles each, only to later discover that the other passengers bought their tickets twice as cheap!” wrote (in Russian) a disappointed Rostislav on a travel company website.
Nevertheless, buying from street hawkers has one considerable advantage: they personally escort you to the vessel so that you don’t waste time looking for the boat on your own.
Prices start at $13 (800 rubles) for one ride, and for an additional $6.5 (400 rubles) you can purchase an unlimited number of tours on the same boat on any given day.
Flotilla Radisson has official ticket offices at Gorky Park and Hotel Ukraine, but they’re often sold out.
Buying online is an option that might save some cash. Websites such as this offer considerable discounts for tickets sold online. On a busy Friday night an online purchase might be the only chance to get a ticket on a Flotilla Radisson boat.
This website (in Russian) offers multiple options for short river cruises in and around the city center, including offbeat options such as ‘disco cruises’ and ‘children cruises.’ This other website sells tickets online, but doesn’t have an English version. The interface is intuitive, however.
Buying tickets online has its bad points, however. The most common is confusing which pier you should go to and missing your river tour.
“I once bought tickets online to save with the discount that the website offered,” said Igor Shvarkin from Moscow. “The pier was initially marked as ‘Park Kultury,’ but when I arrived it wasn’t easy to find my boat because there were too many there. My guests had to walk a considerable distance before I finally found the vessel that accepted my tickets purchased online,” said the man.
There are two main boarding piers in the city center: Hotel Ukraine and Park Kultury . Always take note of your particular berth when buying tickets online.
Where to sit onboard?
Even on a warm day, the headwind might be chilly for passengers on deck. Make sure you have warm clothes, or that the crew has blankets ready upon request.
The glass-encased hold makes the tour much more comfortable, but not at the expense of having an enjoyable experience.
Getting off the boat requires preparation as well. Ideally, you should be able to disembark on any pier along the way. In reality, passengers never know where the boat’s captain will make the next stop. Street hawkers often tell passengers in advance where they’ll be able to disembark. If you buy tickets online then you’ll have to research it yourself.
There’s a chance that the captain won’t make any stops at all and will take you back to where the tour began, which is the case with Flotilla Radisson. The safest option is to automatically expect that you’ll return to the pier where you started.

Wednesday briefing.
The second night of the Democratic National Convention.
By Natasha Frost
🇺🇸 U.S. ELECTION 2024
The presidential election is less than 80 days away. This is what we’re watching.
The lineup of speakers on the second night of the Democratic National Convention featured Barack Obama, and the nominee herself, Vice President Kamala Harris, made a video appearance. A jubilant crowd danced in the aisles and cheered as Republicans who’d disavowed Donald Trump announced their support for Harris. Here’s the latest .
Harris and Gov. Tim Walz of Minnesota, her running mate, were rallying supporters at the site of last month’s Republican convention in Milwaukee, in the swing state of Wisconsin. “This is a people-powered campaign,” she said, appearing on screens throughout the Chicago arena. “And together we will chart a new way forward.”
In a show of unity, the speakers last night included Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont, eight years after hundreds of his supporters stormed out of the Democratic convention in Philadelphia to protest Hillary Clinton’s nomination after a bruising primary contest.
Republican counterprogramming : Trump spoke about crime and public safety in Howell, Mich., about an hour northwest of Detroit. His choice of location — a city whose past involves white supremacy and activity by the Ku Klux Klan — drew criticism from the Harris campaign.
More highlights:
President Biden was greeted on Monday with chants of “Thank you, Joe!” in honor of his lifetime of public service. But the crowd was also thanking him for not running again .
Harris supported Obama in 2008 when Hillary Clinton was dominating the Democratic primary race. It was a political risk that he never forgot .
Harris’s appearance onstage Monday was a surprise for two reasons. One was her suit. Our fashion critic explains .

The latest U.S.-backed proposal for a cease-fire in the Gaza Strip, which Israel has accepted and Hamas so far has not, leaves major disagreements between them unresolved , officials said. Negotiations are expected to continue this week, a U.S. official said.
Hamas said yesterday that it was eager to reach a cease-fire but that the latest American proposal was “a reversal” from what it had agreed to in early July.
While many details of the plan remained unclear, at least parts of the American proposal appeared to conform to demands added by Israel’s prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, in late July, officials said, such as Israeli troops continuing to patrol Gaza’s border with Egypt, albeit in reduced numbers.
Recovery efforts: Israeli forces said they had retrieved the bodies of six Israeli hostages from tunnels in southern Gaza.
The latest news:
Two Israeli strikes yesterday, one on a school building in Gaza City, killed at least 19 people , the Palestinian emergency services said.
An Iranian military official said that retaliation against Israel over the killing of a Hamas leader in Tehran may be long in coming and could take any number of forms, suggesting that an attack may have been placed on hold.
Volodymyr Zelensky, the Ukrainian president, is trying to use his military’s surprise incursion into Russia to convince allies to lift restrictions on its use of Western-supplied long-range weapons .
Ukraine’s assault showed that the West’s fears about the ramifications of attacks on Russian territory were unfounded and should be abandoned, he said. “The whole naïve, illusory concept of so-called red lines regarding Russia, which dominated the assessment of the war by some partners, has crumbled,” he said in a speech published on Monday.
Moscow’s faltering response to Kyiv’s offensive should signal to the world that Russia is not the fearsome superpower it once seemed to be, he said. “It is the time when the world is shedding its last and very naïve illusions about Russia,” he said.
Background: For more than two years, Washington has denied Ukraine permission to strike into Russia using the weapons it supplies, citing fears of an escalating conflict between Moscow and the West. This spring, after months of Ukrainian lobbying, the U.S. and other NATO countries adjusted their policies and allowed it to do so.
Women stepping up: In Ukraine, Russia’s war is reshaping the labor market , as jobs long dominated by men have been left vacant by soldiers sent off to war.
Other news: Ukraine’s Parliament passed a bill creating a legal path to ban a Russian-aligned branch of the Orthodox church.
Italy: Deep-sea divers resumed their search for six passengers — including a British software mogul and his daughter — who were missing after a yacht sank off the coast .
U.S. nuclear strategy: President Biden approved a highly classified nuclear plan in March that reorients America’s deterrent strategy to focus on the rapid expansion of China’s nuclear arsenal .

This summer, thousands of local protesters in Barcelona denounced overtourism. Still more crowds are expected for the America’s Cup, an international sailing competition.
Barcelona now finds itself limiting some kinds of tourism while encouraging others, in a complicated balancing act . But according to the deputy mayor responsible for tourism, Jordi Valls, the city has no choice. “The demand is unstoppable,” he said. “The only thing we can do is control the supply.”

The world’s most prestigious classical music festival.
Since its founding more than 100 years ago, the Salzburg Festival has been known as a gathering place for the world’s finest musicians. That’s still true, but the event is now also a proving ground for artists on the cusp on stardom. Our classical music critic Joshua Barone went to the festival to see who would break through this year.
One standout: Robert Carsen’s new staging of Mozart’s “La Clemenza di Tito,” which transports the opera’s ancient Roman tale to the present. With echoes of Giorgia Meloni’s Italy and the riot at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, the production is a lesbian political thriller in which Annio is a young woman, sweetly sung by the Israeli mezzo-soprano Anna Tetruashvili.
