The 49.1m/161'1" 'Ocean Club' motor yacht built by the American shipyard Trinity Yachts is available for charter for up to 12 guests in 5 cabins. This yacht features interior styling by Patrick Knowles.

Boasting an array of sumptuous living areas laid out invitingly to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere onboard, motor yacht Ocean Club is the perfect luxury charter yacht for friends and family.

Guest Accommodation

Families will particularly love Ocean Club thanks to her child-friendly setup. Built in 2009, She offers guest accommodation for up to 12 guests with a layout comprising four double cabins and one twin cabin. There are 8 beds in total, including 4 king, 2 singles, 2 pullmans and 1 convertible. She is also capable of carrying up to 10 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

On your charter, you'll find plenty to keep you busy and entertained, notably a gym with all the latest equipment to maintain your fitness routine. Sit back with a glass of champagne in the deck jacuzzi.

Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you, notably Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to stay connected at all times, should you wish. You can stay comfortable on board whatever the weather, with air conditioning during your charter.

Performance & Range

Built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she comfortably cruises at 14 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 19 knots with a range of up to 3,455 nautical miles from her 60,945 litre fuel tanks at 10 knots. An advanced stabilisation system on board reduces the side-to-side roll of the yacht and promises guests exceptional comfort levels at anchor or when underway.

Ocean Club knows a thing or two about fun on the water, with an extensive selection of action packed water toys and accessories for you and your guests to enjoy whilst on charter. Guests can experience the thrill and adventure of riding one of the four Yamaha FX LTD WaveRunners. Another excellent feature are towable toys offering fun and adventure. In addition there are waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. If that isn't enough Ocean Club also features a Kite Surfer, a seabob, wakeboards, kayaks, fishing equipment and much more. When it comes to Tenders, Ocean Club has you covered - with two tenders, including a 6m/19'8" Williams Tender.

Ocean Club is available upon request for charter this summer. She is already accepting bookings this winter for cruising in the Caribbean.

Willamette Motor Boat Club original clubhouse 1909

Portland Yacht Club had its beginnings in 1908 as the Willamette Motor Boat Club, later named the Portland Motor Boat Club. It received its current name in 1926. The current clubhouse was built in 1952 after the original was damaged during the Vanport Flood of 1948. PYC, Oregon’s oldest yacht club, celebrated its 100th year in grand style with many gala events during it's 2008 Centennial.

The Troy Motor Boat and Canoe Club is located on the eastern shore of the Hudson River across from Peebles Island and the Waterford Terminal Wall.

In late Fall of 1910, a club charter was drawn up at a meeting held in Troy at the home of Orville E. Bosca. Sixty-three members from Troy, Cohoes, and Waterford affixed their names to the charter list after qualifying by paying their six month dues in advance. The sum secured, was used for immediate rental of the lot at the corner of 21st and 1st Avenue in Troy, and construction of a runway, building, and launching and retrieval system for boats. At this meeting a set of officers were chosen, Orville E. Bosca was chosen to be commodore, and Thomas Ward, Charles Rich, the Honorable F. C. Filley, Alfred Judkins, and Milford Baxter were selected as trustees. Warren Pine who was a member of the club offered the use of a building until the club's was erected and ready for occupancy. Up until this time, Troy had no yacht club for a number of years and Cohoes and Waterford were in the same position. An increase in pleasure boating, led to more than 200 motor boat owners, 350 canoeists, and a number of steam yacht owners in the upper Hudson area, all enthusiastic about the formation of the new club. On Feb. 7, 1911 the club was officially incorporated, stating the purpose of the group to be for "the development of aquatic sport, the advancement of motor boating and canoeing, and for the general recreation of its members."

The Troy Motor Boat and Canoe Club takes its history seriously, still using a circa-1918 motor to power its rail-based system for launching and retrieving boats from the river. The rail and cradle boat launch system is unique to the club and is used for dispatching and reclaiming boats, which range in length from 21 to 36 feet and weigh 5,000 to 16,000 lbs. The club still uses the oldest electronic powered motor, for powering the launch and retrieval of our rail-based system. It is a classic example of the ingenuity of the early members of the club. The tradition and mission continues 100 years later.

In 2008, the club modernized its main building with a $150,000 renovation, expanding the club house, construction of a new bar, a WI-FI computerized system with large screen digital projection, and an enhanced HVAC system.

Made up of a cross-section of individuals ranging from company CEOs, to craftsmen, to machinists, the club has always been decidedly "blue collar," billing itself as a working club, where full members are expected to pitch in with cleaning, grounds maintenance, loading and retrieving boats, maintaining docks and other duties. A mutual love of the water and the desire to promote the use of the river makes for a tight-knit community. A lot of work goes in to running the club, and the group's selectivity with its membership ensures that it will remain a success for years to come.

Campbell Island

On June 14, 1991, the Commodore of the Troy Motor Boat and Canoe Club at that time, James Klein, signed an agreement with the State of New York leasing Campbell Island. At a rate of $450 per year, the Club was permitted and did erect a portable shelter, dock and picnic area for use by the Club's members. With the parcel no. 2596A in Rensselaer county the lot of land is described as the southerly tip of Campbell Island in the town of Schaghticoke. Club members enjoy the use of Campbell Island during the boating season for both special events (such as the Club's Island Party and Lazy River) and quiet weekend getaways.

47m Dunya expedition motor yacht King Benji joins market

46.7-metre Dunya motor yacht King Benji is newly for sale with Merle Wood & Associates.

Designed by Gregory C. Marshall and delivered new by Turkish builder Dunya Yachts in 2024, the steel and aluminium vessel is ABS-classed and designed for expeditions. Her interior is by Design Unlimited and she has been on the charter market this season.

The interior has a tropical and informal feel and Mark Tucker, creative director at Design Unlimited, described her as "joyful and uplifting. Her extraordinary design stems from the owner's spirit and passion for adventure."

Accommodation comprises four guest cabins, each with its own ocean-themed feature wall adorned with wallpapers, and an upper deck dedicated to the owner. There is bamboo detailing and organic woven fibres complement reclaimed timbers.

A 10-tonne crane allows the deployment of watertoys from their position on the lower aft deck, which then transforms into a beach club. A Jacuzzi is hidden beneath the sunpads on the bow and there is a crow's nest for guests or crew to look out from and call "land ahoy!"
