A five-star experience, I must say! Captain Bertrand was an incredible host, a true bon vivant, and an absolute master in the kitchen. We snorkeled, paddleboarded, and swam in stunning locations, far from the  crowds. We were even fortunate enough to encounter some tortues sauvages along the way. The boat is in excellent condition, and the crew members are exceptionally accommodating. I highly recommend it if you are seeking a private charter with great value. C'est magnifique!

Does it includes transportation from my hotel?

No, transportation is not included. You can add transportation from your hotel to the departure point, by easily selecting any of the prompt options to “Add Transportation to Tour” throughout the purchase process. We highly recommend selecting this option as the van pick you at your hotel lobby and transfer you directly to the boat departure point.

Are there any vegetarian options?

The buffet we offer has salads, vegetables, and fruits available. At the moment we do not offer a full vegan or vegetarian menu, but please write down in the comment section if you are vegan, vegetarian, or allergic to any ingredients.

What happens if there is bad weather the day of the tour?

Rain does not affect the tour, all tours will continue as scheduled, however, due to safety issues, the snorkeling activity will be canceled if the weather is too rough to swim. But, If port authorities close the boat's navigation due to strong wind predictions, the tour can be rescheduled or canceled. If canceled due to the port authorities' instructions, customers will be entitled to a full refund.

The service was just fine. Everyone was very nice. However, it was definitely a "drunken co-ed" vibe, and that was just not what we were looking for. Loud music, and a guy dressed up in a bra and wig pouring shots into people's mouths on the way back. That's not our vibe, but if that's what you're looking for... The sea was quite choppy where we were let out to snorkel. Obviously, they can't control that, but it was so rough you really couldn't see anything. We were quite rushed, and they only provided masks and snorkels, no fins (they did provide life vests). I had my own equipment, including fins, and I actually had to help a lady who was starting to panic, as she was swallowing. I had to grab her and tow her in as the guides were yelling at us to hurry up. Finally a guide came back and helped. Not a super great experience. The beach club was ok. The food was mediocre, but that's to be expected. The beach area was crowded and smelled of raw sewage.

Booking and payment for the day trip to Isla Mujares was easy. But the prepaid, prearranged transportation to the marina was late picking us up at our resort and dropped us off at the wrong marina!! We felt like we were asked to pay more to get to the correct launch point and boat. Luckily the tour operator was also operating at this marina and was able to add us onto a departing boat for the day, with only 15 minutes to spare! Otherwise, we would have missed our boat. But the tour operator was great, and the day went well from there. Lunch on the island was a little chaotic, with hundreds of other tours congregating at the same lunch spot.

Highlight of our vacation

We went out on the moana boat on November 7 th with 15 friends and it was perfect, just as all the other reviews have said, Patrick and his crew were excellent!

Everyone with our group and I mean everyone said it was the best part of their vacation. I think cooking the food  menu on board added a special touch and it was wonderful.

A great day on a lovely boat with a very attentive crew. We were looked after all day with snorkelling, swimming, fishing, dolphins and paddle boards. A really excellent day.

Chartered a private 40' power boat for 7 hours a couple of weeks back when in Cancun for me and my wife. Ivan was great to deal with on the booking. They made arrangements to pick us up at our hotel, take us to the Marina and return at the end of the day. Cost was very reasonable. Crew of 2 was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. Beer and snacks provided. Went snorkeling, cruising around Isla Mujeres, and to North Beach. Well worth it and will do it again next visit. Highly recommend.

We rented a 460 Sea Ray Sundancer for 8 hours on our anniversary Jan 6, 2019. I was leery of booking something online in Mexico but the communication, rates and deposit due prior to arrival made me feel at ease. I had multiple questions about weather and other misc things leading up to the day and all emails were replied to in a timely manner. Transportation picked us up from our resort in Playa Mujeres on time. They upgraded us to a larger boat upon arrival. The boat was clean and the crew was very attentive to our needs. They provided guacamole and ceviche for our on board snack - I would recommend asking to upgrade the food to an actual meal if you’re planning on doing the 8 hour day. The weather held up to be a perfect day and they chartered us around to various places per our specifications of what we were looking for. They had food for the fish when snorkeling and quickly stopped by the Isla Mujeres Dock to get more mixers for us so we didn’t have to pay the $30 docking fee to tie up there. It was the most memorable anniversary yet and the crew, yacht, and communication leading up to the day was five stars all around. They even took pictures of us through the trip. I price searched all over the area and their pricing was hands down the best in town! We will be booking through them again our next visit the Cancun without a doubt.

What a great experience!! Nestor was great to work with for the booking and the boat was everything we wanted. Our crew was amazing and the food on board was so amazing! Was the high lite of our vacation, yacht we chartered was exactly as described on website. The crew was very good, and attended to all our needs. We booked yacht for 8 hours, did some snorkeling, swimming, dined at a cafe in Isla Mujeres on shore and cruised the island. I had been working with Nestor for over 7 months to plan my proposal on one of there amazing Yachts. I am sure I asked over 100 questions and with every email Nestor sent back not only was it sent in a timely manor but he answered every question and made me feel everything would run perfectly. The day of my proposal the yacht looked fantastic, the crew was AMAZING, ACCOMIDATING, and all around FLAWLESS! The food that the Capitan and crew handmade was the best meal I had in Cancun! We rented the Atlantis 55 and it was above our expectations! There was 13 of us and it accommodated everyone. Plenty of room, the food they had on the boat was great as well! The 8 hour trip was perfect! If you're looking for a luxury yacht for your trip to Mexico I highly recommend them!

We had a great time! We were taken to an island where we did get screwed over on the conversion a little bit when they gave us the total and then ran it in Pesos only giving us about a 9.5 conversion rate when it was supposed to be closer to 13. Also the deck crew took it upon themselves to order food on our tab without asking which I guess was fine since we just used it as there tip. Other than that the boat was great and Nester was great to work with!
