Kind of Confused”

The Hotel itself is nice looking and well decorated one can see that is well maintained. However, the room is very spacious, you could have put a nice arm chair in the room. Upon arrival we have noticed some hair in the toilet from previous guests, mini bar at reception they told us that every day is being restocked (didn’t happen) nor our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast absolute zero, every day same food and the warm food was not warm at all. Went for a dinner one night only just to try it out turned out a mistake. They presented us a printed paper where there was only like a set menu. Seeing that there is only one option we opted for it (keep in mind the waiting staff didn’t even had basic english knowledge) Starters came nice well portioned, however the main course which was some veal roast (i assume) in gravy sauce, was uneatable, the waiting staff didn’t even bother asking us if everything was ok. They just removed the plates and thats it. All in all very disappointing dinner. Spa? What is that non-existent. Finish Sauna with low temperature. Turkish Bath out of order. So the Spa is clearly a joke. Staff at reception Rude.

From the reviews, some people commented it was old but it doesn't. Except the parking is a bit weird. You need to stop outside and go inside the hotel to ask for concierge to open the gate manually every time.

Avoid this place”

When you book a 4 star hotel you are expecting 4 star service and food. It was a 4 star beach. All rooms are very tired. Breakfast is awful like in a 1* hotel. Cold scrambled eggs, cold bacon. No fresh vegetables, only 1 cheese, and instant coffee. Instant coffee in Italy?????
