Facilities and Capacity

This diamond in the Newport Beach fleet, is the largest charter yacht in the harbor with 6,000 sq. ft. of event space on three spacious decks, which can host up to 450 guests. Since the yacht was launched in 2002, she has represented the very pinnacle of coastal contemporary yacht design. The huge bay windows of indoor dining decks and dance floors make for spacious elegance coupled with fine attention to detail. The sophisticated interior design in stylish blues and grays appointed with granite bars, modern woodwork, brushed chrome accents, and custom lighting make the yacht ideal for upscale large events. Other features include large screen televisions, Wi-Fi, a stage, and carpeted sky lounge for stargazing.

The 90-foot Dream Maker is one of our most popular yachts accommodating up to 90 guests. Built in P-510 during WWII, formerly referred to as crash boats, this one was stationed in the Aleutian Islands in 1943-44 as Air Force vessels that waited in the water for a chance to rescue downed pilots. There are only 200 surviving crash boats. They were kept a secret for 25 years after the Korean War. Her status as a Canadian-owned vessel would have prevented her from ever being certified by the U.S. Coast Guard for charters had it not been for some smart persuasion with the local Congressman to have her deemed by Congress as "a historical vessel".

After military service she was sold to a Canadian who renamed her "Magnum Force" and re-fitted her as a private yacht complete with staterooms, salon, and a Jacuzzi on the bow. Some of the original bunks remain. Recent renovations include a classic contemporary look with marble and natural wood accents. The modern main salon is tastefully decorated and features a lounge area with teak detailing. Comfortable couches line both sides of the room, and wraparound windows afford a 360-degree view. She also boats a spacious open-air bow with comfortable seating, full bar, built-in dance floor and bride's cabin.

Dream Maker has been featured in TV and film such as reality TV show “More to Love”(2010) , The Bold and the Beautiful soap drama featured Dream Maker as the royal yacht of an Arab Prince, V.I.P.(2002) with Pamela Anderson portrayed the yacht in scenes for a high seas diamond heist. Our friendly Capt Mark truly made our time on the water unforgettable.  From start to finish, he ensured that every moment was enjoyable and safe.  I cannot recommend this boat and team enough. This was the most epic trip. We took our friends and family to Catalina for an amazing day.  Captain Mark was absolutely phenomenal.  He was super fun and accommodating.  He took us around wherever we wanted to go and care of everything. He set up all the toys and made sure we had everything we wanted at all times.  The boat is gorgeous and was spotless.  This was one of the most memorable days ever.  Thank you!!!

Captain Mark and Aperitivo = Only the Best! We had a super fun full life aquatic day for the Huntington Beach Airshow with fam and friends. Yachting with Captain Mark felt more like yachting with family. Mark has a boating CV that is lifelong, outstanding professional experience with a penchant for safety. That said; it was max fun knowing we were in great hands and enjoyed the day with blue skies, blue water and a high caliber Airshow out in the ocean.  I even brought my father whom recently turned 79. He became as youthful as a teenager on full smiles out on the water with Mark showing him the ropes of yacht Aperitivo. All my friends are already calling me to make plans and get their families out on the water. Highly recommended, do not hesitate, get out and yacht; nothing but outstanding family/friends memories that will not be forgotten; thank you Mark, thank you Aperitivo 100%.

We chartered the Aperitivo for my daughter’s 15th birthday. Mark the Captain made us all feel comfortable and safe. His experience and knowledge of the ocean were very apparent. Everyone had a great time swimming, hanging out on the swim float, and paddleboarding. I had no idea how fast 4 hours could go by. The kids all had a blast and were very grateful of their time on the water. If you’re in the Newport Beach area and want to spend some quality time on a luxury vessel, then book this boat. You will not be disappointed!

ENDLESS DREAMS (Seated: 350| Buffet: 450| Cocktail: 450

This diamond in the Newport Beach fleet, is the largest charter yacht in the harbor with 6,000 sq. ft. of event space on three spacious decks. Features include huge bay windows of indoor dining decks and dance floors, large screen televisions, Wi-Fi, a stage, and carpeted sky lounge for stargazing. Endless Dreams has been featured on: CSI: Miami, HBO's Entourage, Showtime's Dexter, and the KTLA Morning Show.

ICON (Seated: 150 | Buffet: 150 guests | Cocktail: 150)

The yacht is eloquently anointed with rare exotic woods, granite, marble, "Ultra" glass murals and designer wall and fabric coverings. Guests will enjoy outdoor viewing areas from the large bow, aft deck, or by strolling the "walk-around" decks.  Her enclosed upper deck seats up to 130, with a full-service bar, and can also be used as a great space for dancing.

WILD GOOSE (Seated: 127 | Buffet: 114 |Cocktail: 127)

Once the private playground for legendary actor John Wayne, the Wild Goose is the ultimate venue for unforgettable events. Three decks of gorgeous woodwork, priceless paintings, intricate carvings and unique amenities make a cruise aboard the Wild Goose a one-of-a-kind experience. The Wild Goose has been featured on the Discovery Channel and California's Gold with Huell Howser.

MOJO (Seated: 56 | Buffet: 90 | Cocktail: 125)

Mojo is a 100-foot, custom-designed motor yacht created for intimate events. This beautiful yacht features an open upper deck and newly remodeled main salon with full bar. Her facilities and features make her a popular choice for corporate retreats and teambuilding excursions. Mojo has been was featured on the following television shows: Hells Kitchen, The Bachelor, Date my Mom, For the Love of Ray J, The Tyra Banks Show, Columbo, Baywatch, VIP, and Blind Date.

WATERFRONT LOUNGE AND GARDEN

Meetings and events held at Balboa Bay Resort can choose from a variety of private yacht charters for exclusive and luxurious experiences on the water. Smaller, approved yachts can dock directly at the resort. Larger vessels are available from City Experiences and can be boarded at their dock which is half a mile from the Resort.  With a variety of options available, groups can choose from a range of vessels which can accommodate up to 450 people. Add to your yacht experience with a catered to-go meal prepared by Balboa Bay Resort. Whether you are entertaining, celebrating, or collaborating, a private yacht charter in Newport Beach is the perfect choice for an unforgettable experience.

Amenities include a built-in dance floor, raised DJ platform and two plasma televisions. There’s also an outdoor balcony, huge bow area and Sky Deck with lounge furniture for enjoying the stars and beautiful harbors.
