A five-star experience, I must say! Captain Bertrand was an incredible host, a true bon vivant, and an absolute master in the kitchen. We snorkeled, paddleboarded, and swam in stunning locations, far from the  crowds. We were even fortunate enough to encounter some tortues sauvages along the way. The boat is in excellent condition, and the crew members are exceptionally accommodating. I highly recommend it if you are seeking a private charter with great value. C'est magnifique!

What happens in case of bad weather?

For captained charters, weather cancellations and reschedulings are entirely at the discretion of the Captain or Boat Owner. The Renter can not invoke 'bad weather' and request a refund as reason for cancellation unless the Captain or the Boat Owner agrees to it. For captained charter, the Captain will make the decision if the weather conditions are dangerous to get out on the water. Cloudy skies or a slight chance of rain are not grounds for cancellation or rescheduling. If a cancellation or rescheduling due to bad weather is necessary, either the Renter or the Boat Owner must send an email to  [email protected]  stating the reason. Choose from a fleet of catamaran sailing boats that accommodate from 16 to more than 120 passengers available for adventures of 4 or 6 hours that include the opportunity to snorkel and visit a beach club on Isla Mujeres. Setting sail from the hotel zone of Cancun, the fun begins immediately with welcome cocktails and domestic open bar on board. If you choose to snorkel and the weather permits it, your first stop will be the El Meco reef in Isla Mujeres so that you can see in person the underwater paradise that is the Mexican Caribbean. We rented a 460 Sea Ray Sundancer for 8 hours on our anniversary Jan 6, 2019. I was leery of booking something online in Mexico but the communication, rates and deposit due prior to arrival made me feel at ease. I had multiple questions about weather and other misc things leading up to the day and all emails were replied to in a timely manner. Transportation picked us up from our resort in Playa Mujeres on time. They upgraded us to a larger boat upon arrival. The boat was clean and the crew was very attentive to our needs. They provided guacamole and ceviche for our on board snack - I would recommend asking to upgrade the food to an actual meal if you’re planning on doing the 8 hour day. The weather held up to be a perfect day and they chartered us around to various places per our specifications of what we were looking for. They had food for the fish when snorkeling and quickly stopped by the Isla Mujeres Dock to get more mixers for us so we didn’t have to pay the $30 docking fee to tie up there. It was the most memorable anniversary yet and the crew, yacht, and communication leading up to the day was five stars all around. They even took pictures of us through the trip. I price searched all over the area and their pricing was hands down the best in town! We will be booking through them again our next visit the Cancun without a doubt.

Was the high lite of our vacation, yacht we chartered was exactly as described on website. The crew was very good, and attended to all our needs. We booked yacht for 8 hours, did some snorkeling, swimming, dined at a cafe in Isla Mujeres on shore and cruised the island. I had been working with Nestor for over 7 months to plan my proposal on one of there amazing Yachts. We rented the Atlantis 55 and it was above our expectations! There was 13 of us and it accommodated everyone. Plenty of room, the food they had on the boat was great as well! The 8 hour trip was perfect! If you're looking for a luxury yacht for your trip to Mexico I highly recommend them!

We had a great time! We were taken to an island where we did get screwed over on the conversion a little bit when they gave us the total and then ran it in Pesos only giving us about a 9.5 conversion rate when it was supposed to be closer to 13. Also the deck crew took it upon themselves to order food on our tab without asking which I guess was fine since we just used it as there tip. Other than that the boat was great and Nester was great to work with!

Experience the adventure on our favorite catamaran out of Cancun Marina, Depart at 9:00 am or 3pm and get out along the Caribbean Ocean. You can visit a bunch of amazing places to snorkel depending on the amount of hours your book.

Where we sail from Cancun:

4 Hours :   We sail departing from V & V Marina in Cancun, and sail over to Maco Reef in Playa Mujeres from there we continue on to north Beach area for a 30 min or so swim stop and then we sail back an hour to Cancun.   Snacks and open bar aboard 

7 Hours: This is the tour we love!    Depart V & V Marina sailing over to Maco Reef for a snorkel and Musa, then onto North Beach for a swim, or we can take you to a beach club.

Wonderful and Relaxing!

Our Sunset cruise on the Moana was delightful!

We had 15 family members ranging from 10 to 78, and everyone was comfortable. Patrick and his crew kept us entertained and pampered. They even provided snorkeling gear, and a guide, and took us to a swimming spot for the kids.

The younger kids enjoyed being out in front in the "splash zone". The crew keep the boat spotless, and kept us "well fed and watered". It was a beautiful afternoon and lovely sunset.

Highlight of our vacation

We went out on the moana on November 7 th with 15 friends and it was perfect, just as all the other reviews have said, Patrick and his crew were excellent!

Everyone with our group and I mean everyone said it was the best part of their vacation. I think cooking the food on board added a special touch and the food was wonderful.

Once you confirm your reservation, your broker will process your payment.

• If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is confirmed more than 7 days in advance, a deposit of either $1,000 USD or 50% of the total cost of the reservation (whichever is greater) is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 7 days away, the remainder of the amount due is processed.
• If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is made 7 days or less in advance, the total price of your reservation is processed immediately.
• If you are booking for a multi-day charter and your reservation is confirmed more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 50% of the cost of the yacht is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 30 days away, the other 50% is collected for the price of the yacht, plus the APA, plus the taxes due.

Terms of refunds are dictated by the Charter Agreement. Generally, once a payment is collected, it is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, as dictated by the Charter Agreement, credits can be provided so you will be able to enjoy your yacht charter at a future date that is convenient for you.

Isla Contoy and Isla Mujeres Nature Experience
