The 36.93m/121'2" motor yacht 'Ludy' was built by Peri Yachts in Turkey at their Antalya shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Scaro Design and she was completed in 2010. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Scaro Design.

Ludy has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Range & Performance
Ludy is built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V2000 M93) 2,249hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 20 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 24 knots with a range of up to 1,440 nautical miles from her 35,000 litre fuel tanks. Her low draft of 1.57m/5'2" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Her water tanks store around 5,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification society rules.

She was successfully launched in Antalya in 2012 before being delivered to the owner. A fairly large feeling is brought about with a maximum beam (width) of 8.1 m / 26.57 feet. With a 2.02m (6.62ft) draught (maximum depth) she is fairly shallow. Composite material was used in the building of the hull and the superstructure of the motor yacht.

Superyacht Ozone launched by Peri Yachts
Ozone , the latest in the award-winning Peri 29 was launched on 5 July, the fifth in the series to be launched from the Turkish builder's Antalya yard. Built in epoxy composites with carbon reinforcement, the 28.6 metre yacht has a sweeping aerodynamic profile and long rectangular portholes. Her naval architecture is by Bill Dixon with exterior styling and interior design by Scaro Design.
The yacht accommodates eight guests in a master, VIP and two identical guest cabins, all with en suites, sophisticated entertainment systems and ample storage. Both the master and VIP cabins are full beam with high overheads, making them unusually spacious for a motor yacht of this size.
Powered by a pair of 1,825hp CAT C32 ACERT diesel engines Ozone can reach a top speed of 28 knots and maintain a comfortable cruising speed of 24 knots. Like all Peri Yachts she is RINA Charter Class certified and MCA compatible.
The latest member of the Peri 29 line is now listed for sale by Peri Yachts France, asking €4,200,000.
Ozone ’s two sisterships currently being built to order are due to launch in February and May 2012.

Serkan Bilgin gets acquainted with the yacht and mega yacht building sector thanks to the maritime profession coming from his family and later gains experience by working at Proteksan Turkuaz Shipyard, RMK Shipyard and Perini Navi Turkey Branch Yıldız Shipyard in Tuzla, Istanbul.
As a result of his experience, he establishes a joint company with his brothers in Tuzla, Istanbul under the name of Bilgin Kardeşler in 1997, and then establishes a small company called "KROMTEK" in 1998 in order to give new ideas to the products in the yacht sector with a different perspective and to offer better quality.
Establishes the "SM YACHTS" company in Tuzla, Istanbul in 1999 to increase production capacity and achieve greater goals.
Serkan Bilgin decides to open a branch in Antalya Free Zone in 2011, after SM YACHTS signs a contract with PERI YACHT for different yacht building projects to start in Antalya.
After Peri Yat's projects started production in Antalya, he decides to open a branch in the Antalya Free Zone with the offer. It performs all chrome production equipment of "Hanukamatata", "Desire" and "Ocean" yachts within the scope of PERI YACHT. After all these productions, he starts his projects with "SUNRISE" company. Considering that the standard of life and working quality is better than Istanbul's, he moves SM YACHTS center to Antalya Free Zone with the idea that "If you are not happy at your job, you cannot be happy in life.
By improving itself in the field of special production, SM YACHTS; It has opened the door to the European Market by creating new, better quality and improvable works and works with the best in Europe and continues its projects with the mutual values involved and with an endless momentum.
With the philosophy of “increasing business quality and customer satisfaction”, the company; It has reached a certain position in the European Market and its rise continues rapidly.
With this rise, it has adopted the philosophy of moving advanced levels further and has aimed to adopt this philosophy to its dozens of employees.
