She also features bow thrusters making her more manoeuvrable at low speeds. Air is built to comply to MCA and ABS standards.

Charter yacht AIR has a unique seven-cabin layout, rarely seen on yachts of her size and those available for yacht rental. The accommodation is divided into one deluxe full-beam owner's suite, two gorgeous VIP suites and four elegant guest cabins. Eleven crew members are there to make sure everything runs smoothly and that you have the best holiday of your lifetime.

In addition to her spacious interior and exterior entertainment and relaxation areas, there is a masseuse, as well as yoga, flyboard and kitesurfing instructors amongst the crew on board luxury yacht AIR.

AIR has a 10m Scorpion chase tender as well as great water toys which include a super-fun waterslide, the popular paddleboards, a jetboard, a flyboard as well as a seabob. AIR also has an RYA accredited watercraft centre. She is fitted with zero speed stabilisers for additional guest comfort.

AIR Specifications

AIR underwent an extensive refit in winter 2014/2015 with all decks sanded, teak replaced in areas, rebuilding of joinery and restoration of the original colour scheme to the exterior with jet black around the owners windows and bridge. A massive pop up TV was installed in the BDA bar and a variety of water sport toys was acquired. New technogym running machine and elliptical were also acquired.

In spring 2017, both the main salon and master cabin were refitted, now blues, reds and whites fill the space. All exterior deck cushions have been changed to a more nautical theme.

Yacht Charter Accommodation

The large master suite is located on the bridge deck spreading the entire width of the vessel and featuring a king-sized double bed, a large TV as well as a private ensuite bathroom, study area and a lounge area. Aft of the master cabin is a spacious alfresco dining and seating area with bar and a curved settee. This area is accessed via sliding doors. The main deck features two elegant VIP suites, both with queen-sized beds and ensuite bathroom facilities with either shower or bath. The lower is a home to four guest cabins, one of which is a double bed cabin and three are twins.

Benetti Charter Yacht AIR Shows Off New Look After Major Refit

Formerly known as QM of London, the 50m/164ft superyacht AIR has emerged from an extensive refurbishment with a fresh new look following a change of ownership earlier this year.  

A highly sought-after charter yacht, AIR is now boasting new furnishings and upholstery across her exterior, main salon and master suite, and updates have also taken place in all her guest en-suites.

The transformed spaces offer charming nautical havens with a blue, red and white colour scheme dominating throughout. The choice of palette perfectly complements the light wood joinery and fabric wall panels inside, while the outdoor areas are looking chicer than ever.  

Launched in 1998, the yacht forms part of Benetti ’s Golden Bay series and has been impeccably maintained over the years. Upgrades have included the addition of a new bulbous bow, new joinery and, most recently, an overhaul of the AV and IT systems.

Such is the popularity of motor yacht AIR, her calendar for the 2017 Mediterranean season is fully booked, but she is now taking bookings for summer 2018.

One reason for the appeal is her seven-cabin layout, which is rarely seen on the charter market. A full-beam master suite, two VIP cabins and four guest cabins makes her extremely versatile for groups of friends, families or guests bringing aboard additional staff.

Since her refit, the motor yacht has undergone a brand new photo shoot and images reveal her renovated living areas, as well as the on-water fun guests can experience when on a private yacht charter thanks to her long-standing crew.

An accredited RYA centre for Jet Ski licences, AIR is equipped with an armada of water toys, with the crew also trained in Jetlev and kitesurfing instructing. Plus, a yoga instructor and a masseuse and beauty therapist also form part of the crew.

Benetti Class 44M, the new barrier-free flagship

A yacht that knows how to be “transparent”, with the elimination of all barriers between indoors and outdoors and every detail designed to have the least possible aesthetic and environmental impact. Benetti Class 44M is the new flagship of the historic Italian yacht builder, with interior and exterior design by Giorgio Maria Cassetta, capable of being somewhere to live in rather than a simple object to show off.

The new 44-meter motor yacht impresses with its clean and essential lines, establishing itself as an immediate object of desire for owners looking for unique boats to enjoy their leisure time aboard. After all, the Italian shipyard, founded back in 1873, has by now accustomed us to excellence in the construction of iconic and luxurious yachts, with a skilful use of raw materials and a sartorial design of finishes, which in the case of the Benetti Class 44M convey a feeling of informality and naturalness that can change the perception of space. The shipyard has achieved this result through the extensive use of sustainable materials such as FSC-certified wood – sourced from forests managed according to the strictest environmental standards – and also thanks to the endless transparent surfaces that let light flood into all the four decks on the yacht.

“This model increases the choice we offer our owners, who expect elegant and innovative new yachts from Benetti – says Benetti CCO Sebastiano Fanizza – The new Benetti Class 44M flagship is a gem of a yacht from every perspective, vaunting a spacious layout and satisfying every owner’s desire for absolute comfort and wellbeing, which are increasingly at the core of every new yacht project.” Designer Giorgio Maria Cassetta adds: “ We worked on an infinite number of details and, as a result, this boat’s interiors, are something absolutely new compared with what we’re used to seeing on a yacht this size – adds – All these details immediately not only convey an appealing sense of elegance, but also reveal the wonder of human skill and craftsmanship. The Benetti Class 44M is an incredibly complex and sophisticated place, but one that has a truly amazing ability to welcome people in.”

The Benetti Class 44M in detail

Benetti Class 44M is designed for long, safe cruises around the world thanks to the perfection of the layouts as well as to generous stowage capacity and meticulous functional research into every detail. In other words, an absolutely unique and timeless yacht.

As mentioned above, Benetti Class 44M has four decks that can be customised to match owners’ tastes, and the star of the show, as always, is natural light. The forward section of the Main Deck is home to the full-beam master cabin, which includes an office space, a generous wardrobe and a bathroom (also full-beam). Still on the main deck, the galley area and head are amidships, while the spectacular, spacious lounge offers direct views of the water thanks to the low-profile bulwarks.

In addition to the helm station and captain’s cabin, the Upper Deck offers the owner and guests a large interior living space that extends outdoors towards the stern and can accommodate a dining table for ten. The marvels of the Benetti Class 44M continue on the Sun Deck which provides over 102 square metres of space for dining, sunbathing or simply sipping a drink at the bar. The Lower Deck also contains four double guest cabins and, separated from them, the crew quarters. Specially studied crew flow paths run the entire length of all four decks.

The water’s edge beach club is an independent and versatile space with a striking design, while the generously sized garage on the port side ensures problem-free launch and recovery of the tender and water toys. Special focus during the design process was on the highest standards of soundproofing and in this respect Class 44M ranks at the top of the category. In order to minimise vibrations and maximise soundproofing, floating floors and bulkheads are used throughout, along with flexible transmission couplings based on state-of-the-art superyacht technology. The air-conditioning and purification system ensures high-efficiency air circulation with six changes per hour.

In the engine room, the Benetti Class 44M is equipped with two MAN units rated 1,400 HP at 2,300 rpm , delivering a top speed of 15 knots and a range of 4,100 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 11 knots.

37m Benetti motor yacht Allora sold

The 36.9-metre Benetti motor yacht Allora has been sold with Frank Grzeszczak Sr of FGI Yacht Group representing the seller and Justin Onofrietti from Yachting Select introducing the buyer.

The yacht was designed by Stefano Righini and built by Italian yard Benetti to ABS class and MCA compliance as one of the yard’s successful Classic 121 series. Launched in April 2011, she features a warm interior by Carlo Galeazzi and sleeps up to 12 guests in five cabins. 

The master suite has a king size bed with his and hers walk-in dressing rooms, and there are port and starboard VIP suites plus two twin cabins. 

Rich wood panelling lines her bulkheads, complemented by marble floors. The main deck features a large saloon and dining room, separated by a bar.

The large sliding glass door that leads out to the aft deck floods the area with natural light, allowing for an airy feel throughout. Up on the sun deck, there is an additional al fresco dining table with a Jacuzzi aft. 

Allora 's spacious sky lounge is a highlight, featuring a sit-up bar. On the aft main deck, al fresco dining is available around an oval table with a semi-circular sofa and teak chairs seating eight guests, and there is a staircase with access to the swimming platform and tender garage. 

The 299GT yacht's top speed is 15 knots and she has a cruising range of 3,400 nautical miles at 12 knots with power coming from two 1,447hp MTU diesel engines.

Allora's last asking price was $7,900,000. She was lying in West Palm Beach, USA.

Over 250 Irwin 52’s and 54’s were built. First introduced in 1976, The Irwin 52 quickly became the  most  popular cruising center cockpit sailboat on the market.  In 1988, the boat evolved into the Irwin 54 with a major redesign of the hull, deck and interior. “Patience“ is one of the last Irwin 54’s and possibly the best ever built.

“Patience” was ordered new by her original owner in 1989 and commissioned in 1990. The concept was to utilize the basic clever design and create a vessel of not just outstanding beauty, but also a yacht that is flawlessly executed and engineered to a standard normally seen only in larger vessels. The spectacular result is not only a "go anywhere" yacht, but also one of absolute luxury, total privacy and short-handed style.

The second owner purchased "Patience" for a two year Caribbean cruise and then sold  her to the  current owner.Current owner has owned this boat for the past 20 years!

Interior Description

“Patience” sleeps six persons in three private cabins, excluding the main salon, with optional sleeping space in workroom.

She has a stunning interior that really has to be seen to be fully appreciated. (See the 3D Virtual Tour) She was designed and then customized around luxury, quality and functional elegance. The interior is truly gorgeous and maintained in show condition at all times.

Starting forward is VIP Stateroom with centerline queen berth.

Next aft to starboard is the Guest Cabin with a double berth.

The Guest Head is to port and features a separate shower stall and a separate door to the Vip Stateroom and another door that opens into the hallway. 

The huge raised Main Salon features large fixed ports, offering a panoramic view outside. To starboard is another  “L” shaped settee and dining table. Next aft is a desk and breakfast bar.To port is a  “L” shaped settee followed by a large Chart Table. Here is located the electronic switches for AC and DC Systems. A large flatscreen TV is located above and navigation instuments are outboard. An eight bottle wine cooler is located below.

Next aft and down two steps is the Galley. The galley on “Patience” will appeal to any cruising gourmet and is equivalent in size to what you'd expect on boats much larger. The galley provides ample counter space, cabinets and drawers for storage. Opposite the galley is the separate laundry room and complete walk-in workshop.

Across from the galley is the Workshop and Laundry Room. The work bench has cushions to create another berth. The captain and crew are kept in clean clothes by using the full size Miele, 220V, high quality washer and dryer.

The Owner's Stateroom features a centerline queen berth, large hanging locker and numerous drawers and cabinets.

The en-suite Owner's Head has a separate stall shower/tub.
