Eemnes / Miami, March 22, 2023 – Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design is proud to present BEACH , a line of three distinctive superyachts in 77m, 88m and 99m LOA designs. This concept, developed to honour this year’s Dubai International Boat Show and Palm Beach International Boat Show, offers future owners a variety of yacht sizes as well as the opportunity to operate multiple yachts as a family or group of friends.
Design Vision BEACH
At the beach, you live in the present, follow the tides, and embrace the outdoors. It’s enough to bring about a feeling of tranquillity and revitalizati on. Designer Sander Sinot: “We named our new design concept BEACH, reflecting the clear connection with outdoor living and the idea of being close to the water in perfect harmony with the aquatic environment.” Each superyacht in the BEACH range has different functional options available in the General Arrangement, allowing owners to have a perfect match depending on their lifestyle and preferences. Sinot: “The beach theme is the basis for the interior style, while individual customization allows for a personal touch. Options and customization ensure private exclusivity for each yacht.”
Next level yacht design
The BEACH family of superyachts embodies the next step in comfort and flexibility. Where owners can choose a superyacht in the perfect configuration, or if they wish for several superyachts where privacy, functionality and comfort are key. Modern yacht design is the ethos of the BEACH yacht series. In addition to the clear lines and sculptural hull, construction is minimal and open. Balustrades are transparent and the connection with the water is all-encompassing, due to the floor-to-ceiling glass façades, a design element for which Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design is praised. The large exterior decks culminate in the aft deck beach, with an embedded infinity pool amid steps descending to the waterline. The beam-wide swim platform offers access to the water and acts as a mooring spot for private limo tenders and water toys. Sander Sinot: “A common theme of the BEACH series is the connection between the interior and exterior spaces aft. From the main lounge to the aft beach deck and on to the full beam beach club with fold-down hatches both on starboard and portside, there is a seamless transition to enjoy the pleasures of the sea and relish quality time with family and friends.”
A contemporary and refreshing approach to yacht interiors
The BEACH 77, 88 and 99 superyachts align with modern requirements, with full-beam forward owner’s state rooms, convertible cinema lounges, and multiple VIP and guest cabins. The uncluttered, open-plan layout maximizes available space onboard all yachts of the BEACH series, making them feel bright and breezy. The interior style is relaxed, informal, and open to individual accents in art, furniture, and color, accommodating an owner’s personal taste and style. The owner’s state room position can be changed with the position of the wheelhouse, and a central core setup within the owner’s area allows for a free walk-around inside the glass façade. VIP and guest cabins are based on requirements and there is a choice in beauty, treatment, gym, or spa facilities.
The uncluttered, open-plan layout maximizes available space onboard all yachts of the BEACH series, making them feel bright and breezy. Plentiful natural light from sea, skies, and views creates the feeling that there is no boundary between indoors and outdoors. Owner and guests will find comfort in the unique and superior quality furniture pieces, combining refined natural and reclaimed materials with a seamless integration of technology.
Owner’s State Room: Openness and freedom
On the BEACH superyacht series, the prime location is reserved for the owner’s state room in the forward section of the owner’s deck, offering maximum privacy and majestic views forward. All aspects of the owner’s state room, from the bed design and accessories to the chairs and rug, are completely custom-designed and carefully crafted from genuinely sustainable natural materials. The state room is connected to the owner’s bathrooms and his and her dressing areas by stunning walk-through passageways on either side of the head-rest wall, inside the full height glass façade. The owner’s deck is designed for the exclusive use of the owner, providing a special deck for him or her and their loved ones to sail in full privacy and maximum comfort. His and her dressing units are located on port and starboard, offering ample storage space and the spacious bathrooms offer a minimalist, laid-back, yet luxurious, style.
All around the deck, floor-to-ceiling windows enhance the inside-outside connection and create an incredible impression of openness and freedom. The exterior forward deck features a private seating area for sunbathing and a large jacuzzi.
Main Lounge: Shared relaxation
As the gateway to the aft beach deck, the main deck lounge is the place for guests, family, and friends to gather and prepare for a new day of relaxation aboard a BEACH superyacht. Panoramic ocean views are spectacular due to the full height glass façade and the glass balustrade. The relaxing lounge setting ensures this area of the yacht is ideal for spending memorable times with family and friends, establishing the lounge as a true meeting point of the yacht in an atmosphere of genuine hospitality.
Beach Club: Enjoy quality time
The Beach Club on the lower deck of the BEACH superyacht series is a multi-purpose space. With its direct access to the exterior aft beach deck with infinity pool, sunbeds, and loungers as well as the main deck lounge, it is a unique social space to enjoy the company of family and friends. It is a perfect place to linger and come together prior to and after water sports, or to work-out or enjoy a beauty treatment, or just to have a good time. It allows larger groups, from the shore or other yachts, to join onboard and enjoy the ocean to the absolute fullest.

Several concepts Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design has developed over the years are in different stages of realization. What all concepts have in common is that they combine proven techniques with exceptional and innovative design elements. In addition, every concept is ready to be built. The BEACH 77, BEACH 88 and BEACH 99 designs are united by a stepped aft deck with a large pool, which connects the main deck seamlessly to the water. All yachts of the series feature abundant outdoor space on all decks, with distinct exterior designs which are discerning and timeless.
State-of-the-art and practical design solutions are incorporated in each yacht of the series. Key characteristics include full-height glass façades at the higher deck cabins and lounges for open ocean views and maximized overall ceiling heights, ensuring generous interior space. The layout, furniture arrangements and sightlines are smart and effective, optimizing the value of each square meter of available space aboard.

Eemnes / Monaco, September 26, 2022 – Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design is proud to present Poetry, a 130-meter new superyacht concept created from a refreshing new design vision in which the owner’s perspective is leading. Poetry makes the dreams of owners come true, overcoming traditions in yacht design. Poetry is Sinot’s tribute to yachting. Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design presents the ready to build, fully operational concept Poetry at the Monaco Yacht Show 2022 (Yacht Design & Innovation Hub, LC14).
Design Vision
…Living close to the water in perfect harmony with the aquatic environment; a seamless experience of the highest quality with loved ones aboard your private yacht... With Poetry, Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design shows a refreshing design vision that’s all about the owner’s perspective. An eye-catching concept that exemplifies Sinot’s vision on integrated design development. Designer Sander Sinot: “We challenged ourselves to create a concept that fully accommodates the desires and lifestyle of the owner, without compromising the yacht design. For Poetry, we worked from a new design vision, creating a concept depicting the owner’s dreams. Less formal, more genuine, more like a home.”
Next generation yacht design
“Poetry represents a next generation yacht design”, Sander Sinot explains. “The strong exterior lines of Poetry are driven by hydrodynamics and architecture – a solid nautical platform, hosting an open-space plan defined by three-dimensional thinking, to precisely accommodate functions, needs, and desires. Transparency and openness are the hallmarks of the superstructure, offering undisturbed views and unobstructed deck space fore, aft, port, and starboard side.” Poetry furthermore reinvents yacht design by relocating the wheelhouse to a more functional spot at the bow. “This makes the prime location of Poetry, the highest deck, available to the most important user: the owner”, Sander Sinot explains. “Since privacy is key, the owner’s deck is highly secluded – no crew, guests or others need be on this deck, unless invited. The owner and his or her loved ones have the entire deck for themselves.”
Privacy and socializing
Poetry is created to optimize the use of space aboard. Sinot: “This is a new, thematic approach to yacht design that starts with the dreams of the owner. For him or her we explore the inner values of space and how we live our lives with a mixture of elements that people normally do not think about.” This is a poetic concept inspired by the flexibility you find in resorts, having the freedom to enjoy privacy or socializing with family or friends. “By moving the wheelhouse to a new location, we could create a genuine private area to be enjoyed by the owner.”
Openness and freedom
Composed like a poem, aboard Poetry sun and daylight are its meter, cherished for their warmth and tantalizing enlightenment. Looming deckheads cast shadows and offer coolness with the breeze. Movable shades in the deckheads filter and direct daylight to the interior, to be taken over by carefully controlled artificial lighting when the sun sets. Connection with the water is all-encompassing thanks to the seamless connection between interior and exterior, due to the floor-to-ceiling glass windows and six huge fold-down hatches at the lower deck Beach Club. The large exterior decks culminate in the aft deck exterior beach with infinity pool, slowly descending towards sea level. The extendable swimming platforms offer access to the water and act as a mooring spot for private limo tenders.
Balancing light
Poetry focuses on using natural and artificial light to structure space, highlight details, and set the mood. Light is orchestrated into scenes which are functional, while subconsciously supporting social settings. The transition from the inside to the outside is eased by using the directional shades at the deckheads, which light up in a subtle glow at night. Designer Sander Sinot: “It is a poetic way to enlighten our lives with a mixture of elements we usually do not think about.”
Aesthetical timelessness
The ultra-bespoke exterior and interior elements will create a quality impression of another level and an esthetical timelessness, where purity of form combines with elegance in proportion. Imagine the best builders, artisans, and craftsmen, building this yacht for one owner only: providing true value by perfectly complementing the personality of the owner, accommodating his or her art pieces and objects of desire. A superior quality of make, combined with refined use of natural and reclaimed materials and a seamless integration of technology.
Capacity and plan
With 4 guest state rooms, 2 VIP state rooms, and 1 Owner’s stateroom, Poetry has guest capacity of 14 persons. The prime real estate aboard Poetry, the highest deck, is reserved for the owner’s pavilion. One deck below we find private dining with an open kitchen, a large multimedia cinema and an exploration room, for charting routes together with the captain. The main deck contains VIP suites and guest cabins that enjoy the setup of the bed to the axis of the yacht to guarantee full sea views, as well as private loggias, and at the bow a state-of-the art wheelhouse designed as a cockpit with frontal and side views. Towards the aft, large semi-al fresco dining and lounging is possible, connected to the aft exterior deck with infinity pool. Inside on the lower deck you will find an extensive wellness, as well as secure sea-access located next to the Beach Club.
Grand Space of Wellbeing
Having the opportunity to create a new plan for the yacht, based on owner wishes, dreams and appreciation, Poetry introduces a Grand Space of Wellbeing at the lower deck interior: the Beach Club with its adjacent areas, the Hammam and Sauna as gatekeepers of the vast Gym and the Beauty Salon, with its hairdressing, nail and beauty treatment and massage stations. All designed to nurture body & soul of the owner and family, loved ones and guests, offering privacy and dedication in spaces that elude fitness for purpose, like a private resort, while amplifying the experience of being close to the water.
The Beach Club of Poetry is a multipurpose space, to linger and come together prior and after a spa experience, work-out or beauty treatment, or just to have a good time and an excellent party. A small sea-side bar with terrace on the hatch serves drinks and light lunches. Comfortable seating corners, lounge beds, and huge sofa arrangements cater for any type of social gathering.
The epitome of chill is the sea pool, created by lowering one of the hatches under the sea level, extending a filtering bulwark and allowing the seawater to rush in for a truly exciting saltwater dip. The large vide creates a 2-deck high open space, which is perfectly suited for placement of monumental art. At the vide, equipped with a sensational glass art piece on the floor, an elegant circular staircase connects the main deck lounge with the Beach Club, evoking a feeling of entering straight into the blue mysteries of the ocean.

Alia Yachts to Debut SAN Superyacht in Monaco

Alia Yachts in Turkey is planning for the debut of its all-aluminum, fully custom, 148-foot yacht SAN at the Monaco Yacht Show at the end of September.
SAN is designed by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design, with naval architecture by Lateral Naval Architects. Power is courtesy of Volvo Penta and a quad setup of IPS drives.
According to the Alia shipyard, SAN has a fully open main deck from the stern to the bow, framed by sole-to-ceiling glass windows with sliding doors forward and aft.
“This design offers an unparalleled sense of openness and a seamless connection to the sea,” the yard stated in a press release. “ SAN integrates indoor and outdoor spaces harmoniously, allowing for a straight walk from aft to forward and providing panoramic views through the expansive glass around the salon.”
Exterior deck furniture is designed to be multifunctional, so owners and guests can use it for any variations they want during dining, cocktails or sunbathing. Additional space can be found for relaxing far aft by lowering the bulwarks to expand the sunbathing area.
Belowdecks are four guest staterooms along with the owner’s stateroom.
“ SAN is a striking and innovative superyacht that highlights our strengths as a truly custom builder,” Gökhan Çelik, president of Alia Yachts, stated in the press release. “It’s projects like SAN that attract the best clients from all over the world, reinforcing our reputation as a leading custom yacht builder.”
Where is SAN right now? According to the shipyard, the yacht has completed sea trials and been delivered to its owners. Look for SAN to appear at the Monaco Yacht Show at the end of September.

Yes we encourage students to visit the show as they are future manufacturing professionals. Because this is an active business engagement, we ask that students and instructors follow some attendance guidelines. <ol> <li>Please attend the show after 11:00 am so the floor is less congested, and exhibitors have an opportunity to conduct business.</li> <li>Please email our registration manager ( <a href=”mailto:[email protected]”>[email protected]</a> ) letting them know the size of your group that plans on attending.</li> </ol>
Can I bring sample parts, blueprints and drawings?
Yes, many of our attendees bring actual parts or plans for the exhibitors to quote on. D2P shows are working shows and the exhibitors welcome the opportunity to get down to business.
Is "selling" to exhibitors or passing out company literature allowed on the show floor?
We have a strict “no solicitation policy” at all our shows. This includes:
1. Direct conversation with exhibitors or attendees soliciting them for business.
2. Passing out of company literature or promotions of any kind.
Any attendee reported to the show office for soliciting will be asked to leave. Sales professionals looking for outsourcing partners or evaluating the show as a future exhibitor are more than welcome to attend the show.
