Just wanted to give a huge shout to captain Ethan. An experience I'll never forget, me and a few brothers rented his services for a 4 hr yatch trip around the Miami waters. I've never met anything with the sea knowledge he has, he kept us safe all while teaching us everything you need to know to be out on the waters, Not only that but he was a great guy to talk to and hang around. We definitely made a friend within captain Ethan, I'll be coming back to Miami just for his services. Tell next time commodore Ethan!

Advantaged? More like took advantage of my money, time and friends. The boat arrived many hours late, to the wrong location, and would only take our group out for 4 of the contracted 6 hours. The company took my money and signed this contract, without doing any research or due diligence on going through customs, the cost of customs, or even to knowing where the boat upon arrival to the resort. (which I had communicate with them several times in advance of the trip.) When paying $12,000 for a day trip, you expect that everything is perfect and taken care of. Instead, our group was left frustrated, used and completely taken for our money. After many attempts to contact them, the company refused to make it right, never apologized or refunded any part of the trip. Please beware of this company.

I booked a 4hour charter via Gilt Group. The process of booking was no hassle. Since I live on the West Coast, it was a phone call and a series of emails, along with a Charter agreement which gave me peace of mind. I, along with 10 other women, arrived for our bachelorette adventure. We had such an AMAZING time. Our Captain, Phil, was so accommodating, and everyone was pleased with the 4hour ride. We toured the million-dollar mansions and we stopped at a sandbar to take a moment to swim, eat, and drink champagne. It was perfect, and the bride-to-be was happy. We had so much fun, and I would recommend to anyone to book through Advantaged Yacht Charters.

What a great time! The ship was beautiful and spotless. The captain asked where we wanted to go and we were taken to a great spot. The service was courteous and helpful, and we had a great time. I would recomment this to all my friends. Good job Jessica!

My experience with The Advantage Yacht Charters has always been great! They always seem to have a vessel to accommodate my needs; whether a sunset cruise with the family or a charter for one of my clients. But, I think the most important reason I seem to always choose The Advantage above the rest is its courteous, knowledgeable and friendly staff -- they are always a pleasure to do business with!

We had a great time for our sunset cruise on the sunray with Captain Paul and Jessica! Everyone at Advantaged are top notch. Me and my family had a wonderful time. I especially enjoyed dishing with them about Real Housewives of Miami and below deck! (My guilty pleasures)

The Advantaged Yacht Charters is the only charter I would reccomend to any of my friends or family.All their vessels are neat and clean and the staff are great !

I chartered a yacht for my sisters bachelorette for 4 hours and it was the best time ever! Advantaged charter gave us a fair price, the captain and the stewardess were very nice and the boat was beautiful! The captain and stew recommended places to go and took us to a sandbar to swim and drove by some dolphins. our whole weekend in Miami was fun but everyone agreed the boat was the best of the weekend. thank you advantaged charters!

MEET OUR TEAM

Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Boston, MA, I attended and graduated from Boston University with a degree in Psychology and Communication. After some time in Sales and Marketing with the Marriott Corporation, I moved to Miami and accepted a position as a sales representative at Club Nautico Miami Beach. A short three years later, I quadrupled the company’s profit margin. And, then, in 1996, I took the plunge into entrepreneurship and founded The Advantaged Yacht Charters & Sales.

Now, with over 15 years of experience in the yachting industry in South Florida, concentrating in both boat charters and yacht sales brokerage, I feel that my knowledge and expertise give me and my team an “advantage” (pun intended!) over the competition.

Antonio Maldonado

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, I have been living, working and playing in Miami Beach for over twelve years. In 2007, I became co-founder of The Advantaged Yacht Charters and Sales – then in its infancy looking to break into the luxury yacht charters market – and pushed the company to become one of the Southeast most desired businesses of its kind, with varied clientele. Our clientele includes tourists, A-list celebrities, international dignitaries, and anyone seeking a great boating experience.

My passions include boating, champagne, traveling and volunteering for Miami Beach charities, the city I love! You’ll see my dog Squirrel in the office when you visit!

Jessica Londono

Yacht Charters Manager

Originally from the island of Aruba, I came to Miami for college and instantly fell in love with the beaches. After college, I decided to stay in Miami and began working in the fast-paced hospitality industry before joining The Advantaged in 2006 as a Marketing Specialist. Since joining the team, I have had the grand pleasure of witnessing the company’s growth and contributing to it as both the head of Marketing and Accounting.

We are fortunate to call each other family, and we treat each of our clients as part of our extended family — with care, respect and professionalism.
