Looking for an amazing place to dine with the family? We've found the perfect spot. Williamstown’s Royal Yacht Club of Victoria is full of charm, the brick building is set back from the street and decked out with boating paraphernalia, giving it a gorgeous old-school vibe.

The best thing is that everyone is welcome to dine here; membership isn't required. Upon arrival (around the boom gate), there is a simple sign-in process, along with a few clothing guidelines (for over 18s) and you are in. Once inside, it's just like dining anywhere else—except it's not!

Mamma loves the nostalgic retro vibe with a touch of class here. There are plenty of options for dining spaces too with a huge undercover deck, lush grassy area, dining room and bar. Kids need to be supervised at all times as please bear in mind you are close to water.

We're so happy to have such a wonderful place in our own backyard. Excellent food, stunning views, and a refreshing sea breeze, plus the kids meal includes a meal, a drink, ice cream, and an activity pack. PERFECT!

Royal Yacht Club of Victoria

The Royal Yacht Club of Victoria prides itself on being a club that focuses first and foremost on providing a high level of excellence in the management, development and support of sailing. We run a wide variety of activities to provide opportunities that range from junior sailors in off the beach classes to racing and cruising for large offshore keelboats. Today, RYCV boasts more than 750 members and over 300 yachts on the register making it an ideal club for sailors with all levels of experience. Sailors can enjoy reliable and steady breezes with little or no current - a perfect stretch of water for club sailing, or state, national and international regattas.

Royal Yacht Club Victoria (RYCV) was initially founded as the Port Phillip Yacht Club in May 1853 and remains to be one of the oldest yacht clubs in Australia. The Club is situated in Williamstown with a stunning view of the city skyline and is steeped in decades of yachting history and tradition. Today RYCV boasts more than 900 members and over 300 yachts on the register making it an ideal Club for sailors with all levels of experience. Sailors can enjoy reliable and steady breezes with little or no current, making it a perfect stretch of water for club sailing or state, national and international regattas. Royals Training Centre offers courses for all ages and we have a strong and lively social program which is enjoyed by our Members.
