• Any cancellations made at least ninety-six (96) hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee.
• Any cancellation made less than ninety-six (96) hours but more than seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the scheduled tour time will attract a fifty percent (50%) penalty.
• Any cancellation made within forty-eight (48) hours or on the same day of the scheduled tour will attract a one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Unique Tours Jamaica within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.

Vaughn and his team were awesome from start to finish. The boat was clean and spacious for our group of 19. We had an amazing time dancing, exploring our stop on land, jet skiing, and swimming! Would absolutely recommend and will return on our next trip to Ochie!

This was a great private experience for me and my family. The staff work very hard in making sure you get a full experience. We were able to stop at the beach for great photo's and also we got to enjoy a pleasant boat ride with great staff. The Dj was also great we danced from start to finish. One person’s perfect day on the water differs from person to person. As a tour and charter company, cancellations with short notice are very costly. At the same time, we understand that things come up and we don’t feel it is right for you to lose your entire charter or ticket fee if you have to cancel /reschedule.

Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be in writing by WhatsApp to 876-495-2222 or by email to [email protected]

FOR TOURS Our Cancellation Policy is simple and strict, but fair. You may cancel your reservation for a tour at any time, but we DO NOT give refunds; rather we will credit your account for use another time. If you cancel with 24 hours or more notice before a tour, there will be no penalty. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or you fail to show up for your tour you will have to pay a JA$3000 or USD$20 rescheduling fee to go out with us on a future date. Unused tickets are valid for only 6 months. Payment for food is non-refundable 24 hours before the cruise.
